It's a beautiful shop, really really clean. It doesn't make you feel like you're walking in one of those scary tattoo shops from the 90s. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super friendly. Super welcoming, NOT a bunch of douche bag artists that work there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's like a breath of fresh air. I've been to a few artists at affinity ink and they're all wonderful! Such an amazing shop! The vibes alone are comforting and peaceful! They have a $100 minimum which is understandable, all the artists in this shop are amazing at what they do! You can find them on IG...the shop or the artist! I was recommended to Vanessa and I am so glad I booked with her! She did amazing work on a tattoo that means so much to me! She also backs it up with the "artist guarantee"...to help maintain my tattoo with a touch up if needed! Each tattoo artist I have been to has told me this, so it seems like it's a normal thing to have an artist back their work like this! It just shows their pride in what they do and want the person to be happy with it. I can't recommend Michael enough for your piercing needs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He took such great care of all my needs and wants.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I needed so many downsizes and he even cleaned them up for me. He also did two piercings for me in one session. He's so efficient they hardly hurt afterwards. I guess I'll be traveling to Vegas every time I need new piercings and jewelry. Michael was AMAZING!! I'm here in town visiting my best friend and I wanted a lip piercing. We happened to be eating next door and wandered over... Very clean!! Very professional! I haven't had a piercing done in a minute. When I went in 3/11/24, I decided to put back my other piercing via daith location and of course I felt a little overwhelmed about it because it's been awhile. However, piercing done by Knifeblade he reassured me that it would be fine and that he would be gentle. True to his word, he was gentle and he really talked me through everything; not to mention he was really friendly too. So overall, it didn't hurt at all. So I think I found my go to place for any body piercing. Thanks Knifeblade(? -- not really sure what your real name is). Will be back when I want to get something else done. :) I think everyone should go here for their piercing. read more

Went here today spontaneously and was so impressed, I have about 11 tattoos and have never been to a tattoo shop like this. The owner Chad is incredible him and his wife are so kind and even asked if I wanted drinks or snacks while getting my tattoo which mind boggled me! It is very clean and professional. We showed up at our appointment time and were greeted right away by Nathalie and Edna. They were very informative about the process and the jewelry they sell. We let them know what piercings we wanted and they were able to show us the earrings that went with each of our piercings. Once we chose them we signed our waivers, which had the price of the piercing listed. While you do this they create their sterile field but sterilizing everything including the earring(s) that you chose at the beginning. They even let you visualize the jewelry with a transparent sample stick on the area you are choosing to get pierced at. Edna pierced my ear and she is amazing. She made this experience great for me and I told her I was a bit nervous since I haven't gotten a piercing in years. We talked about the anatomy of my ear and she assured me that the pain would not be too bad (she was right! Lol) She helped me choose the spot on my ear and then vocalized what she was doing from start to finish and at the end of the day I felt like the process was easier than I made it out to be. They have a one time $25 fee + the fee for the piercing + jewelry you chose. Prices seem reasonable to me! They have promotions as well if you keep coming back. All in all, pleased with my experience and would come here again! Super cute too because they let you choose a sticker at the end and the one I chose made my day.

One always lied and one always told the truth and they guarded two doors. Just kidding but there were two guys and one had kind of friendly midwestern dad vibes and the other one the piercer seemed like he was experiencing the worst person he'd ever met when I showed up and who knows maybe I was the worse person he'd ever met. anyway he was as nice as he could muster and extremely professional and prompt and very very good at his job and I would go back for a ton of real piercings absolutely 10/10 also it's near a great bookstore, also they do have a little "no crybabies" sign so bear that in mind if you're a crybaby.

I went in and he was VERY nice and professional. Kala told me my jewelry was "costume" and that I should replace them with professional titanium versions. Coming to Vegas, I thought this would be another great opportunity to get a solid tattoo for a reasonable price. I called and emailed shops and 2/3 wouldn't quote me unless I sent them scale artwork. I explained there is no artwork, I want her name and the years she was alive. That was a total of 12 characters and I envisioned her name taking the space of a fortune cookie fortune and the years combined taking the same. Simple, easy and the only factor was the font, but again, I'm agreeable. The two shops that gave me quotes basically told me, "No problem, but our shop minimum is $175-$200. Your work sounds like less, but those are the prices". Now if Koolsville can do a $10 tattoo, certainly something of my scale should qualify for a discount. When I reached out to Illuminati, I was told the shop minimum was $100 and I was encouraged to come in. Lou took excellent care of me. He not only gave me the 12 characters for the shop minimum, but he touched up an existing tattoo of mine for no charge. Come on bro! If there is such a thing as a tattoo lottery, I WON IT. I now have my angel on my arm and received the warmest possible welcome to Las Vegas. This appears to be a shop that will earn your business, your positive review and trust. In general, I'm not a tattoo fan, but I will happily tell anyone I know headed to Vegas, if they are in the market for ink, look up Lou.

By the end, the whole situation felt unorganized and unprofessional.

First of all, Michael is an AMAZING piercer. Super knowledgeable on jewelry and anatomy so that way you always get something beautiful that fits perfectly when you see him. Secondly, the quality of jewelry is just *chefs kiss*. He has gone out of his way to get a few rose gold pieces for me now, and that has made me the happiest human ever.
