I was here for the Eagan Indoor Market (select Wednesdays) being held in one of the gathering rooms on the lower level. It was a bit smaller than I'd been anticipating from the list of vendors on the website, but it was still nice to browse local small businesses, and I'm glad the community center makes the time and space for folks to do so. While there, I scoped out what appeared to be the "main attraction" so to speak, the fitness center, which has a large gymnasium, equipment, and an indoor track. They had plenty of showers, bathrooms, water fountain/bottle refill station, coat racks, vending machines with beverages and snacks, and a place to get changed and such. Seems really nice, but the pricing online seemed a bit steep to me ($40/mo.); a shame, my husband and I have been looking for an indoor track so we can run in the winter without worrying about slipping on the ice! There's also an indoor kids playplace ($8 fee) on the upper level and a senior center on the lower level. So they are trying to cater to all ages here. The parking lot is quite sizable, so no worries about finding a place to park (unless of course there's a big event going on at the festival grounds!). There are plenty of outdoor amenities in the surrounding Eagan Central Park too, such as a kid's playground, splash pad, fitness course, walking paths, and bandshell. There's also a postbox near the entrance of the building if you need to drop off some mail while you're here.

That is because sometimes I take a moment to gladly do volunteer hours with son working in their kitchen. Yes, I do more than stuff my face 8)... THE Fish and loaves are served Monday-Friday night at 5~7 pm. If your high school kids need volunteer hours, this is a great place to help the people in need. Much love. As a first-time mom who struggled with postpartum anxiety, I was so nervous about sending my baby to daycare. But right away, I could tell Jardin was a wonderful place for him to be. Ms. Maria, Laila, Melizza, and Minny in Infant Room B were so incredibly loving and caring. I could tell from the start that my son was getting so much love and attention throughout the day, which brought me so much comfort. He's now in the toddler room with Marisol and Dianna/Julia, who are equally amazing teachers. Even now, when he sees his former infant teachers, they all light up -- it truly feels like one big family filled with love and connection. We've also been so impressed by how much he's learned, especially his Spanish! He was saying "hola" and "agua" before he turned one, and now at just two years old, he can count to ten in Spanish and knows so many words -- numbers, letters, colors, shapes, animals, and body parts. It's incredible to see how much he's grown in their care. I also love the app they use to share updates throughout the day. The teachers are so good about posting photos and noting naps, meals, and activities -- it really helps ease any anxiety and allows us to see how happy and engaged our child is. The directors are also amazing and always available to help with translation when needed. I don't speak Spanish and my husband only a little (and he's rusty!), so I was initially worried about communication. But it has never been an issue -- there's always someone ready to help, and everyone is so kind and patient. The enrollment team has also been fantastic -- prompt, organized, and easy to communicate with. We love Jardin Longfellow so incredibly much. It's such a nurturing, supportive, and loving environment, and we feel so grateful to have them as part of our family's village.

Incident where my son had a "bite" open wound on chest and teachers in the room didn't tell me what…read morehappen (had to find out myself) and they couldn't tell me how it happen or who did it. No accident slip was made (till after a few days later but no point of it since no one when wht happen). Director DENISE was very rude and didnt acknowledge the situation at first but wanted to talk about payment on account. When i told her i was disappointed on lack of communication from her she told me to turn in my keys because she didnt think it was a good fit. No apologies from her or her staff (besides the assistant director only person that tried to help) and no sympathy over the fact that my son got hurt and no one knew what happen!!! Very upset and will be handling situation since head director Denise doesnt care. Daycare was nice just wish the director cared about the parents and kids more

A Heartfelt Goodbye and Thank You…read more Today was our son Tony's last day before he starts kindergarten, and we couldn't leave without sharing our gratitude for the incredible team at our local KinderCare center. In light of tragic circumstances that have made it difficult for many to trust, the protection and care that Ms. Caity Lee and her team provided us means that much more. Over the past nearly six years, KinderCare became a part of our lives, and we became a part of theirs. From birthday parties to center events, there was always laughter and genuine care. The team at this location means so much to us, and we will forever be grateful for the friends Tony has made, the teachers who have inspired him, and the amazing education Tony received. We no longer see it as a daycare, but as the true development center it is. There have been so many people who have touched our lives there, and most recently, Ms. Anu was amazing, taking on a group of kids who have been together since their early months. Their app to send updates is awesome. No complaints about any of the teachers. Caity the director and Jenny the assistant director have been easy to contact and have been flexible if there were changes to pick up or drop off. My kiddo learns a lot here and I get updates with conferences. As a family member of someone who did home daycare I am so impressed with this center and can't imagine my kiddo elsewhere.
