Despite being asked questions on timeline during rehearsal dinner wedding planner was not able to answer what time guest should arrive and was dismissive to all questions stating her assistant was there not herself When asked about potential tree nut allergy she responded ( so they probably should not eat it - rather than coming up with alternate plan) planner was blatantly rude to younger members of the family as well sometimes trying to physically snatch an object from their hands. Although there was no power, "the show must go on" so they had a generator. Everything was going well. The brides moms gave fantastic speeches. When a brides sister was half way through her very touching speech, Jennifer barged in and announced "WE HAVE POWER!" The audacity and unprofessionalism was so disheartening it made me so sad that my great niece had to refocus herself because of this.

I asked her to get prices on different things and her answer every time was, they didn't answer the phone. Then I would call and they picked up, every time. Megan was called out of town on an emergency on March 29th and never told me she was leaving, left nor would she be at my wedding. She did send someone in her place that had shadowed 1 wedding with her, more than 1 year ago. Megan never told me she wouldn't be at the rehearsal the night before, nor did she text or call to advise. The person she sent to replace her at the wedding stood there until someone asked her to do something. I texted Megan to find out what the rain plan B was. She never responded. So, I emailed the venue to find out if I could do the ceremony there, etc. The people at the Bridge Street Bistro were absolutely amazing. My bridesmaids and officiant did everything! She advised she would be doing the clean up as well, that did not happen. She was supposed to help loading the leftover food into a vehicle and that never happened. Her replacement left 2 hours early and never said goodbye to anyone. Honestly, I didn't even know she was there, so it didn't matter. Needless to say, I have tried to contact Megan several times for a full refund and she is not responding.

In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us - including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Because we live in Tallahassee, FL - the location of our wedding - and Table 6 Productions is located in St Petersburg, FL, Shannon communicated with us by phone and email. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Again, we only went over our original budget by choosing to have specific elements in our wedding that were not originally discussed with Shannon. Three months prior to our wedding date, Shannon made a trip to Tallahassee, FL to meet with all of our vendors, my husband, and myself. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they've worked with - including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon's knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon's help. Over the course of planning our wedding with Shannon, we became so close that we consider her more than our wedding planner - she is valued as a member of our family. After experiencing communication difficulties with the Royal Caribbean celebrations team person, Michelle was a breath of fresh air. absolute access and responsiveness in those important and stressful days before the wedding. At the port, they guided us through the onboarding and took care of our non sailing guests. They immediately setup operations with the on board Royal Caribbean's coordinator to make sure the details were carried out. it was then that they discovered my Royal celebration person dropped the ball on our order for flowers...ie. no flowers arrived. They were so upset it was like they were our family and took it to heart, going into overdrive to fix the problem. it was not fixable but with the cruise director's wife ( who left the ship to get us flowers) they eventually did give the bride some flowers to remember her wedding. Maria was also the officiant and did a lovely job of the wedding ceremony, her personality shined through and it was a warm and beautiful service.
