I will see one for a year or two and then have to start over and get another caught up on my medical history. They have all been lovely women, but it's hard to not have continuity of care. It's gotten to the point that when I go to another specialist, I struggle to remember who I see there. It is a little concerning as I'm starting to worry about why such capable female medical professionals are leaving the practice. Maybe it's nothing, but it's something to keep in mind if continuity of care is important to you.

Being a guy in his late 20s, the last thing I want to do is see a doctor, but this office makes it quick and painless, without losing its attention to detail and meeting patient needs. They have a streamlined checking and check out process with what seems to be a LARGE amount of ancillary staff (all medical assistants). They are all so friendly and courteous and seem to be fairly knowledgeable beyond their scope of practice. I have to point out specifically Robert Wilhelmi, PA-C. I have come across many providers in my career and personal life, and he seems to be the most brilliant of any I've met. He gives it to you straight, addresses all your problems, and ensures proper follow up. I appreciate this provider very much. This practice has gained a grateful patient for life.

My annual…read morepreventive visit, which should have been fully covered by insurance, was billed with an additional service code for an issue that had already been addressed during a separate visit just a week earlier. Reviewing lab results was also treated as a separate billable item, even though it's a routine part of an annual exam. When I contacted billing for clarification, I was simply told they "have to abide by what the PCP reported," with no meaningful discussion or review. Frustrating experience and not acceptable to be charged twice for the same issue.

I have nothing against therapists, and I understand doctors throwing other options out there other than a "pill" but if I'm coming to you specifically for something, your job is to listen and provide the requested medication for what the patient knows works for them. Not just to provide another option such as a therapist and thats it! I felt the end of this appointment was unprofessional, after she told me shes not going to prescribe the prescription, she closed her book and walked out before I could even say anything else. Don't go here. The provider at this Urgent Care neglected to write out her Medical ID number on the…read moreDMV Medical form she filled out for our family member. When our family member went with the form to the DMV, DMV refused to allow them to take their driver's test due to the missing number. When we called Urgent Care, they refused to give the Medical ID number over the phone, because they said the provider didn't 'feel comfortable' doing so. To refuse to provide a medical id number over the phone, after performing medical services and filling out a form is illegal. The person we spoke to on the phone also stated there was a 'miscommunication between the front desk and the provider.' This is not true; in fact the front desk person had highlighted in dayglo yellow every box that needed to be filled out by the medical provider, including their medical id #. The provider simply neglected to fill in the number. We were then told it would take several days or weeks to fix the error using email or we could drive over to the urgent care facility- a 40 minute round trip- since they were still unwilling to give us the medical provider's number. In addition, the provider did not print out a legible version of their name, but only signed it - illegible. Also, the Urgent Care address and phone number stamp they used on the form is incorrect, and the phone contact person we spoke to was unaware of this and disagreed with us, even though we'd just had to find the correct number by researching it on the internet. Again, find a different branch or go to somebody's Minute Clinic.
