Dr. Moore is a great doctor, and I like him, but I have a rapport with Dr. Messer. She is thorough, takes the time to understand what is important to you about health and treatment and will do further research if necessary. And she respects my decisions as a parent. She's also a really nice person who I enjoy having a conversation with. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all very solid-- helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I've had questionable experiences with the medical assistants, but it hasn't affected the medical care we've received. Also, the doctors are usually on-time for appointments, and I feel like the staff respects my time.

Now I see a very good Nurse Practitioner, that I like. I hope to form a relationship with her, seeing as I don't like changing medical personnel. If you don't know this practice is inside a building with other businesses, like mostly financial, you will miss it. You won't see any indication this practice is in the building from the street. So just be aware to be very careful and pay attention to the directions.

My spouse's dad had just died, so now was NOT the time for him to not have this medication. I was unaware that he was having trouble getting med refill and encouraged him to CALL the office. We learned that Dr. Fisher **had seen and ignored** the MyChart message. After 9 days of waiting (spouse was grieving too badly to handle following up until I got involved), staff at office helped him get his meds refilled, but Dr. Fisher wasn't involved -- it was handled by an LPN. Someone so uncaring and callous shouldn't be in medicine. (Note: I saw Dr. Fisher 1 time when I had an urgent need and couldn't get in with my doctor, also at the same practice. I didn't like him from the moment he walked into the room, which was 55 minutes past my scheduled appt time.) Horrible doctor!

I arrived at the front desk and the two women ignored me. I said hello, and they continued to ignore me. One finally looked up long enough to tell me "Hang on", and proceeded to show the other woman how to enter something on the computer. I was ready to leave, but decided to stay and was given my form. I turned it in and told them I was there for a physical. I arrived at the examination room and was soon seen by Dr. Warfel - CPN She did the usual examinations and everything seemed fine. I left feeling better and thought everything was fine. Fast forward a few days, when I received the bill. My insurance covers physical examinations, but my visit to Dr. Warfel was logged as a "Sick Visit", which meant a couple hundred dollars out of my own pocket. When I contacted my insurance, they told me neither Dr. Warfel nor Kenwood Mercy would change the bill to what I had went there for. I had received a call from the manager of this office who basically said this is what they do for new patients. She apologized, but stated those were the rules, and left it at that. Please don't make the mistake I did. Do NOT go here unless you want to experience "Bait and Switch" on a medical level.

Went to see the specialist then received a large bill in the mail a couple of weeks later despite it being a fully covered service. My phone and email inquiries to the billing dept. were ignored. I had been a patient here for over 3 years so of course they had all of my accurate insurance information in their system but they pulled this crap anyway. Greater Cincinnati has a very large variety of healthcare system and providers, you can get much better care and service elsewhere.
