I have to wait until I get there and go through the long prosses of typing everything out on the stupid kiosk. When you are in pain or uncomfortable it is extremely hard to be patient with the kiosk. Trying to get a hold of a real person is like pulling teeth as well.

The clinic doesn't value your time and make you wait reasonless. It took over an hour for me to see the doctor, noted that when I checked in no one was in the clinic ahead of me. They advertise a free gift for a 5 star review, what a shame! Wait time is always over an hour! I've learned my lessons after 3 or 4 visits because the location is convenient but the care and waiting time is not worth it at all. If you value your time, don't go to this urgent care. Never again! Advertisement is "Fast Care" but this place ensures you wait over an hour regardless if you are on first appointments when it opens. From experiences I can attest to their horrible customer service.
