Going to Urgent Care on a Saturday was not what I had planned. The caring staff here put me at ease. Dr Mark was thorough and offered common sense advice. I would highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend this place. Today marks my 4th visit in 7 days. Due to work requirements, not the facility. The staff is a blessing. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and super accommodating. As another bonus, their out of pocket pricing is fabulous and way less than anything else near me. read more

This is my second visit and as my first visit I am totally impressed with the Team here. The whole staff listened to my concerns versus trying to talk over me. My wife visited first, and she was impressed. I don't think anyone will be disappointed coming here and being new to the area they found me a Neurosurgeon and a Cardiologist. Try them out. read more

Med Fast Urgent Care - Filled one of my bucket list. - Dunn, North Carolina

Excellent assistance with Cassie. She listened to my concerns and request. She assisted by faxing the referral from the patient's profile to the specialist location immediately. She also assisted by receiving all the paperwork and information that I presented in a great manner. She definitely is apart of this patient's guidance to great healthcare. Thank you!! read more

I've been here a couple of times before and it was fine. Went last week for an issue and had to come back for a follow up today and they were closed. There was a sign on the door saying they would open back up at 3, it was 1:30 or so. I could see people so I called and asked if they were closed and was told they were closed for lunch and would open back up "around 2:30 or 3." There are no lunch hours on the website or on the door. Drove all the way there for no reason....and a "we open around so and so" is unprofessional. read more

Receptionists and nurse are great. Wait time seems to vary which is normal. One of the doctors I saw was fantastic. The one I got today was so bad that none of the good mattered. Condescending and patronizing with no medical solution to help the issue. read more
