I hate to tell you, but there…read morewere other clients that witnessed how incredibly immature and irrational you acted and i was one of them. I heard the interaction and know what happened and saw how she acted during the consultation. She acted like a 7 year old throwing an attention getting tantrum and honestly should be ashamed of herself. The stylist was very professional and was wanting to make sure she did exactly what the client was wanting. When she mentioned wanting to color her hair and the stylist talked about the maintenance and that she wasn't sure she would be happy with it everything went bad and the client began to get angry and cry in the chair. Saying if the stylist wouldn't do it she would herself. It was so bad that she made the stylist so uncomfortable and afraid to provide her service she ultimately refused to do so and I don't blame her. I honestly was aghast at the way the client was acting and treated the stylist. She threw such a fit she ultimately was asked to leave and truthfully they all put up with her line than they should have before asking her to leave. I've been going to this salon for over 10 years. I've never had any issue and have always been happy with my service. All the stylists there have always been happy to accommodate.

Specifically, the review mentioned that they do not like to cut a lot of hair off. I am here to say they were not lying! That review is magically gone. Even checked other local salons to see if I was remembering the wrong one, but no. I thought, it's just a bang trim! They don't need to take a lot off!! They were fine the first time. Didn't get cut the second time. I sat in the chair for an hour just wanting something NEW and the stylist was not having it. Stylist got defensive when I brought up other ideas and shot every single one down saying they wouldn't work, that she would try, but it wouldn't work. I became doubtful, she negatively pressured me into doing her technique, saying that not doing it might ruin my hair and make it blocky when I asked, and then ended each time by saying "we can still do it your way." We ran in circles for twenty minutes. Both visits I had a poor experience with how I was spoken to, "particular" is how everyone should be over their hair, especially since she was cutting the bangs that cover my face, and calling someone that every two to three minutes certainly makes them want to come back. Stylist simply acted like she didn't want to do my hair. Find elsewhere before this review gets deleted, too.

Not only could the tech not follow the tattoo line, she basically plucked all of my eyebrows!! I paid for waxing, not plucking!! So it hurt like hell and she still couldn't follow the tattoo outline!! She was heavy handed on the wax and failed to make it look clean. On top of that she was slow! A whole set of people came in and left twice by the time she was done! And it was incomplete! What a mess!! The ambience is nice but these ladies have no idea what their doing. Could get a better job in a Vietnamese nail shop! Or perhaps because I dropped in they gave me the newbie. Either way, horrible!!
