Not sure where to even start. First, my partner and I had an appointment in the morning. We get…read morethere, no one is at the front desk to greet us or check us in. After about 10-15mins and more people walking in with no greeting or the slightest bit of acknowledgement, the man in surgical scrubs who I can only assume was the doctor because he didn't introduce himself to us, walks out and takes a patient to the back. After waiting another 15mins he finally comes out again and tells us to come to the back and "just wait in the room over here". The "exam room" if you can even call it that looks like a storage closet. It has boxes and boxes of products everywhere and just looks old. The bed had a furry blanket on it which I'm pretty sure they don't change. We weren't asked to fill out any paperwork, asked about allergies, no identification needed and the informed consent was the doctor basically saying "you know what can possibly happen, but it haven't ever had any issues, so just sign here." WHAT?! At that point I just wanted to leave but unfortunately we stayed. When asked about pricing (because the only reason we went is because someone told us you get as much Botox as you need for $350) he was clearly avoiding discussing the $350 and started talking about pricing if you're an establish client, if it goes up yours stays the same, free microdermabrasion and a whole bunch of nonsense that we didn't care about and that I don't even want to repeat because it was so unprofessional. He finally told us it was $10/unit, not $350. He injected my Botox in about 3 minutes.... I got about 40 units. My partners about the same 3 minutes... and he got 60 units. Everything felt rushed. So much so my partner even said to him, "you're moving pretty fast doc". To add insult to injury, the next day my partner wakes up with black and blue marks by his eye where the Botox was injected!!! In all the years he's been getting it, this has never happened! He's also never had a professional doctor inject 60 units of Botox in 3 minutes! I'm sure this goes without saying but we will never return.

Regarding the actual procedure, it's like when you put your face into one of those light boxes at a dermatologist office and it shows you all your skin damage, well this treatment actually physically makes you that damage come to the surface and you have to walk around like that for two days but after that the spots fall off and the results are absolutely stunning.

When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. By the end of the consult Dr Igor was upset with me that I didnt immediately accept and pay for a treatment. I wasnt sure if I wanted to do it that day since I was not told that I would be doing a treatment, just a consult. So I hesitated and he became angry. He told me how his time is so valuable being a doctor and he could have been walking on the boardwalk. He then told me if I came back I would need to pay for a package of treatments in advance instead of paying for each treatment as I got it. He wanted to charge me $180 for one lip and chin treatment and acted like this was a good deal. Well I found an American plastic surgeon, impressive schooling and resume, only 45 minutes from here who put out a promotion to introduce his patients to laser hair removal that lets me get 6 treatments on lip/chin for $129. So goodbye Dr Igor. Oh and by the way the "med spa" is a podiatrist office with a room that has a laser machine in it. It is hot and uncomfortable and very unappealing.
