Appointments frequently ran behind schedule for nearly all of my appointments and there was little communication about delays, which made the experience frustrating. I was also concerned about professionalism. Treatment recommendations seemed inconsistent, and I left feeling unsure and not fully confident in the guidance provided. Billing was another issue. Fees were not clearly explained, and costs did not feel transparent. I was told my out of pocket portion and then was later billed for a far more expensive fee. I do understand insurances do not always pay what they say but this was not a discussion whatsoever. Overall, the experience felt more focused on charges than patient care. I hope the office can improve organization, communication, and overall professionalism.

Dr. Brooksher didn't even blink an eye. He bothered to read the literature and to inform himself then went about his business and treated me like a human being. Steady and gentle hands; a professional and friendly staff; basically all that could be asked of a healthcare provider. One slight issue is that my insurance only pays for the old amalgam fillings rather than the new technology Dr. Brooksher uses. It's worth the extra cost though to have the better quality filling.

The earliest they had was the following week, so I took it and also scheduled an cleaning for my daughter. They had the most thoroughly executed practices in place to make sure they were able to see patients in the best way possible. I had to call when I arrived, a hygenist came to my car to let me know they were ready for me, gave me hand sanitizer upon entry and took my temperature. I was brought back to the treatment room ASAP, filled out some paperwork and the hygenist quickly went to work. Dr. Nguyen came in after a bit (about a 25-30 minute wait until she arrived) spoke to me about what was going on, looked at x-rays and gave me some thorough explanations and possible reasons as to why something was how it was. I appreciated this so much! Her chair-side manor was wonderful! Appointments are hard to come by right now, but I am going to be patient because of the current situation. Walking in, the office looked clean and organized. The staff here was welcoming. Another good thing about this office, they are efficient and timely. The wait time was not long at all. Dr. Nguyen definitely fit the qualities of the dentist I was looking for. We discussed treatment plans and gave me her opinion. I didn't feel the pressures as I did in the other offices (as if I was purchasing a car). She comes off as conservative with treatments and honest. While working on me, I didn't feel rushed. She checked on me often to see if I needed breaks. Definitely would be my dentist of choice now.

I told them I had multiple bad experiences with different dentists throughout my life. They were very empathetic and walked me through every step! They explained different feelings prior to anything being done. Dr. Walters came highly recommended and I traveled from Houston, TX to see her. I will be returning from Houston for my follow ups and any future procedure. My overall experience was absolutely phenomenal.

Most recently, I had my six-month cleaning this past week, and I had a less than five minute wait even with showing up a little early. I liked that they questioned me about my COVID history (any symptoms, any contact with COVID positive people) and also took my temperature. It makes me feel safe to know that they are doing that for all of their patients. My dental hygienist, Brent, was amazing! He was extremely nice and funny, and was very easy to talk to. He explained every single thing he was doing, which I really appreciate as a patient. He was also gentle while cleaning my teeth which is for sure a plus. It was also nice that he complimented how clean my teeth already were, LOL :) Dr. Redhead was also very kind and easy to talk to, and made sure to ask if there were any dental issues I wanted her to look at. This is not the same dentistry practice as when I grew up. She walked me through everything and did not hurt me - that was a miracle! I still have a white knuckle feeling from my childhood visits to a horrible dentist but now I know that I can go twice a year for cleaning without fear! The crowns are the only reason I go back as they have been sore for 2 years now. I still can't eat cold fruit or salad. Today they added fluoride again costing me an extra 60$. I told them not to do this last time and she went ahead without asking this time. My husband refuses to go to this dentist as he is convinced they are continually ripping me off, I think he's right.
