This place is awful!!!! I had Chris jamgochian as my recruiter, most unprofessional recruiter and temp agency I've ever worked for!!! Worked a whole month they didn't pay me for a full week my first week of working and I had to fight with payroll to get what was owed to me!! Then I get sent home one day when I showed up for work no one would tell me why and told me to reach out to Chris for information on why so I reach out to him and he tells me he's on vacation and will talk to me when he gets back!!! So needless to say I obviously was let go but no one told me why and I had to wait a week for them to finally tell me my " assignment" was over but still not explanation why!! This place is so unprofessional I do not recommend them at all!!!! And I'm sorry if you get Chris for your recruiter he's a douch bag!!!! read more

I was hired on by aerotek TWICE, got an assignment offer and date to leave TWICE, the first time they cancelled the whole job, this time around, I get told I'm leavjng within a couple weeks, take my PTO to spend time with family, the date comes around, I get a new date for 3 weeks later, waiting around getting vague information, get a call that it's being pushed back again, horrible communication, seems they don't have a clue on what's going on I have been out of work because of this company, I do not reccomend read more

To summarize this company is a waste of time, they have absolutely no follow through. I had a nice conversation with an Aerotek employee one time regarding finding me a new position, we talked about work experience and potential jobs in the area. After that I heard nothing back for a couple weeks. I tried contacting that individual multiple times by phone and text and no response, I attempted to call and email the company directly and left a message and still did not get a reply. I sent my own applications to multiple job postings on their website and received no word from those employers or from Aerotek. Then the cherry on top was at a local job fair about a month later I was speaking directly to an individual that works for Aerotek who was representing the company. I explained my experience and she apologized and assured me that the company would get with me soon. That was a lie, Im thankful there is other agencies out there that actually do their jobs, would recommend anybody out there to run away from these people if they happen to come across your path read more

Without going into a ton of details- because of the lack communication with them, I turn down a job with them. This company also goes under the name Aston Carter. This specific location is not helpful with job recruiting. They have had the same jobs since 2014. A medical office looking for a utilization management position, a call center position, or a French Camp billing company. I hate to leave a bad review, but seriously get your act together. I've dealt with other Aerotek locations and they are professional and helpful. I would not recommend this location or would use them myself for job searching. They are a waste of time. read more

These people are horrible! First of all I was hesitant to even go through a temp agency and when they offered me a position they said it was temp to hire come to find out one year later after I'm still working at the same job through Aerotek as a temp ....they never planned on hiring!! it was always a temp position which I was never told! I would have known this at the beginning I would have never excepted their offer. The recruiters try to make up for their mistakes by taking you out to lunch. I felt like I was lied to by everyone that I talked to at Aerotek. The only nice person that works there is Kristine the gal that does the time cards, she was always helpful and sweet, still I would not recommend going through this company to anyone. read more

I applied at Aerotek for a position in Sacramento, this was during the initial Stay at home order, issued by Gov. Newsom. I wasn't expecting a quick response or to find a job quickly, but when I saw the website constantly updated with postings for new positions I assumed they were mass hiring immediately.I reached out to numerous 'recruiters' all of my correspondence, from email to phone calls were ignored. I realized that this Aerotek is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I reached out to Courtney Seelhoff on multiple different occasions. She did not respond to any emails I sent. I called her numerous times and left detailed voice messages. When she did finally return my call, she left no voicemail and never called me back. I also reached out to Charity Almendra and to no avail. It was very discouraging, I'm glad that I didn't get a response though. I'm very happy at my current, full time position and I'm not a temp. Do not do business with these people, they are unprofessional children. If I wasn't qualified (Which I am) they should've simply said it. read more

YOU'RE MUCH BETTER OFF WITH ACCOUNTEMPS (on 10th Street in Modesto)! I have been working through Aerotek for close to a year and a half. The job they placed me in is the same job I still have- there hasn't had to be much work done, no moving me around or needing to help me find different options- just this ONE. When I first started working through Aerotek it was close to the Holidays and considering I hadn't been working for long, I did not expect to get paid holidays. I was ok with that. But don't let that fool you- no matter how long you work through Aerotek, no matter how hard you've work for Aerotek, they NEVER reward you with any appreciation gifts. Where I currently work, there are temps from multiple agencies. I was talking to some who are through Accountemps who told me they DO get holiday pay and bonuses. It didnt take me much digging on the Accountemps website to see that sure enough, after X amount of hours they show how much you are appreciated by offering you holiday pay as well as bonuses. As temporary employees, whether you've been at the same job or you've been at multiple jobs, we are the backbone of this temp agency. You will be much happier if you can go somewhere you feel appreciated!!! read more

THIS STAFFING AGENCY WAS TERRIBLE !! i don't know how they can feel proud? i honestly have to say that without a question it was definitely the most unprofessional agency that i have ever reached out to in a time of need when seeking to find help for a job position!! i called made an appointment time, came into the office, filled out the application, had presented a very detailed resume, and spoke with one of the recruiters. i was told, that i would be contacted by them soon. also, that my resume would be shared with other recruiters!! i found out it was not upon calling back a few weeks later when speaker with another recruiter who was on a business card i was given. after sending a very nicely detailed email with cc to the first recruiter who interviewed me - did i end up getting help ?? still no!! even after talking with someone else who called me doing a survey type of thing told me they would let the manager know and see how they would be able to help me!! did the manager or anyone of the recruiters call me?? no! what does this really say??? about an agency?? who have things hanging in their office saying they are going to help you? isn't image everything? read more

BEWARE!!! I was called to come in for an interview. Upon arrival I have no idea where to go, the person on the phone never described the location. They actually made it sound like they were the only business at that address. The front of the building is on the side, which is only identified by the address. I then walk into the building after finally locating it. There are no markers anywhere to direct you, and there are 2 buildings on the property. Upon entering the building I find out that the elevator is out. Once again I was not notified of this. Mind you, the business is on the 3rd floor. What if someone is handicap, and unable to use the stairs??? When you eventually get to the 3rd floor, there is once again no direction as to which way to go. I finally found the business and walked in. The environment is very unprofessional and haphazard. The receptionist directs me to sign in and directs me to take a clip board and fill out the application. Most places hand you the paperwork that they need filled out. Upon waiting past my appointment time, my interviewer came out and directed me to a room in the far back corner. The interviewer did not seem to know anything about the hiring company or the questions to ask. The interviewer also was chewing gum the entire time. He then tells me about the only opportunity that they have that slightly matches my skill set. The interviewer and I had discussed my salary requirements prior to my arrival. Big suprise, the position was quite a bit below what I was asking. What a disappointing waste of resources. read more

This agency is garbage. I was set up for an interview with Health Plan of San Joaquin and only to be declined because my recruiters were well unaware of what the requirements were for the company. They needed 2 years minimum for the job, when I had only had 1 year. They kept promising for a follow up call, I had even contacted Jordan (manager) and she agreed to be my recruiter. But after that call I never heard from her again. 1 month later I get a call from another recruiter and he said there might be a position available and that he will keep me posted, and still heard nothing. Til today I haven't received a single call after submitting me to multiple jobs. Don't waste your time here! Go through OfficeTeam(I'm employed through them now), Staffmark, Select Staffing, any other agency you can find but this one!! read more

I went in for an interview for an Administrative position, they set me up with an Assistant Human Resources position, even after I told them I had no HR experience. I actually got an interview with the company and was one of two that they narrowed their choices down to. I ended up not being selected for the job only due to my inexperience. Afterwords, Aerotek said they'd still help me with job placement. I called many times to check in and never received a call back or any kind of correspondence from them again. I feel because I didn't get hired for the position I wasn't experienced in, anyway, that they neglected me and my ability to be hired in the field I was experienced in. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I set up an interview with them over three months ago with Jordan, I took time off of my work day and my time was wasted. I met with Alexa and she explained everything to me, she did not have a job for me and explained they just placed some girls at a facility (mind I like 50 mins away) she stated she would keep in touch. She called me back maybe 2 months later stating she had placement for me and she would call me back that day but NEVER did. I sent emails, left voicemails, even left message with Irish the receptionist. NEVER got a call back until today, almost 4 months later. I explained to her I kept looking and found something myself and she asked where, not that it matters as this point since she did not help me with anything. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I received many employment awards including Goodwill Industries' San Joaquin County's Achiever of the Year. I am a very honest, dependable and reliable employee. So one day I called Aerotek they said they have a job out in Stockton that's union. I was still working at that time so I decided to call in late for the interview. Once I arrived the recruiter didn't really mention about the job description he only mention the good stuff about it I.e. they have really great benefits, 401k etc. So when I decided to take the offer they said they'll have me at an interview on Tuesday since Monday was Labor Day. He said he was going to give me a call on that day for the time but NOTHING. So I called he said he'll call and will let me know still NOTHING. I wasted my time and gas to go there so I can get no calls back!? This place has lack of communication lack of knowledge of the jobs! I met with a guy named Lovedeep, who basically wasted my time by having me go all the way out to the office and fill an application out and talk to him for an hour and take a bunch of tests so he could place me at this NON EXISTENT job he had that was supposedly "perfect for my skill set." The only problem is that he doesn't remember who he tells what to because he had no idea what he even told me on the following Monday. Every agency I've been to has done nothing but waste my time and this is the worst one ever. Even called to speak with his manager and left my name and number but also never got a return call. I was an employee of aerotek walnut creek for years. Tyler was my recruiter and I never spent more than 3 days unemployed. I eventually worked into a full time permanent job through him. My experience at Modesto aerotek has been quite different. Denise Estrella is my recruiter. I came in and filled out my paperwork and passed my drug test on Oct. 30, 2016. They picked me up for a job twice. Then neglected to tell me that due to my disability, I wouldn't be working. They even mistakenly worked me one day. I was paid and told by aerotek, the employer complained I didn't do well enough. I was terminated and haven't been called back. That was the Tuesday before thanksgiving. I believe that my recruiter gave me another recruiters job and that was really why I wasn't allowed to work. I will never use Aerotek Modesto again they are discriminating against me, when I could and would be a valuable asset to them. read more

i would not even give them 1 star but i had to so I could write this saga. i had an interview which i was hired but i turned it down because it was for 8-10 weeks. i had another interview in Merced. the job was put on hold after many questions, company in Merced asking for references and in general a run around, probably not aeroteks fault. Then I had another interview a week ago on Monday. i was told i would hear from my recruiter. NOTHING! So I texted her and received a text that she would contact me on Thursday. NADA! I asked again if she heard anything and was told that Friday at 3pm was the last interview and she would let me know after 0900 on Monday. STILL NOTHING! Yesterday I received a message that she had lunch with them on Monday and would like to go over the interview with me. I have called 2 days in a row and only received the voice mail. i asked to speak to her boss if he was in and was told yes he is in hold on, the next thing I hear is the voice mail. this place has wasted my time, money and energy for the passed 4 weeks. i have driven to Stockton 2 different times from Modesto and Merced once with no compensation. this is getting old. This is not the first time I have dealt with Aerotek. This is the 3rd time. i had no luck with them before why would this be different. if they assure you that they are able to offer you a job don't take that to the bank. continue to look for your own job, I know that is the only way I am going to get a pisition. i am through with Aerotek.
