When I call about a week ago and spoke with Caballero, Oscar * ocaballero@aerotek.com He was extremely rude to me for no reason. He asked me that why didn't I pass a background check when I never had an issue with that in the first place he had a really bad tone on them on the phone and he said if I was lying about my background check when he has never spoken to me before. Also he asked me why don't I want to work a day shift with a pretty bad attitude well you know it's not up to him morally to judge what shift I'm able to work. So to everyone out there watch out for Aerotek watch out for Oscar they low ball and try to use you like a disposable razor. They are very unprofessional and they need attitude adjustments. read more

Absolutely the most unprofessional and dishonest staff who tell you what you wanna hear at first and than when it comes down to it, it is something totally the opposite. No wonder they make you sign arbitration forms because they'd have law suits up the young yang. Im thankful for their help but their recruiters are so misinforming and have a lack of communication skills. read more

WORST employment agency I Ever been with completely ruined my bills cycle cause they missed payed me thank you for that

Very poor service and they are just out for a buck and do not care who they send out and are manipulating the resumes they send out to employers. Very difficult to contact, but when they want times from employers, even though the contractors miss inputting correct times, they will badger. They were rude when I was finally able to contact them. Will not use this place again read more

This is the worst staffing agency I have ever been to. I had the displeasure of coming here after moving to the area and wanted to find a job. I met with a recruiter (Brenda) and was very kind and receptive at first however her attitude and demeanor changed to being critical and condescending when she asked what my salary and work hour requirements were. I explained to her what I was looking for in regards to salary and preferred not to work overtime as I have a newborn. Its apparent this place is looking for LOW WAGE worker servitude to gain the most profit. I get it your trying to make money and your interest lies with your client but don't MISTREAT people as soon as the illusion of dollar signs disappears for you. Just because someone goes to you for your services does not mean they are DESPERATE and you shouldn't shut someone out because they are looking for a FAIR WAGE for the experience that they have. You want to make more money? Try treating people with dignity. People looking for work are not numbers for you or your organization to hit, we are HUMAN and looking for work experience, or put food on the table- no different than you. Also don't judge a person's work ethic solely on piece of paper- in this case their resume, given that your most likely going to be their employer and you should GET TO KNOW THEM as they will also be representing YOU to your client. And finally can you STOP asking people to explain short insignificant work gaps that happened years ago? This is pathetic, its 2019, people stop temporally working for a number of reasons and someone in your position should have heard them all by now. If you want to be treated fairly go somewhere else and don't let these people EXPLOIT you. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. Laura, the lady that is supposed to be helping me, is not responsive. She has been ignoring my messages which is very unprofessional. No updates with the job position that i asked for. If you are not willing to help, don't just ignore messages because people are waiting too. Find a different agency or at least avoid the lady name Laura. read more

Contrary to what the Yelp page on this business says, Aerotek is not closed. I just went there to fill out paperwork for my new job (Yay!). All in all, among staffing agencies, I'd say that they are a cut above. Granted, I don't consider temp/staffing agencies in the highest regard, but Aerotek seems to try a little harder and offer better benefits. I've used Select and Manpower in the past, and what sets Aerotek apart is that (most importantly) they offer a benefits package right off the bat. I'm eligible to enroll next month for health, dental vision, 401K, etc. Wow! And aside from that, the people there are super-nice. I've gotta give a shout out to Isabelle there at the front desk, and Michelle, my actual recruiter, who took a gamble on me, w/ no direct experience, but lots of gusto, and now I've got a job! I'd recommend this place over other agencies. read more

Not really helpful. I've been to other places that even though they don't have opportunities or don't want to work with you, they are more professional about rejecting you. When I was there, a guy before me went in with one of their recruiter and was told they didn't have anything for him. Then when I went in, they told me the same thing. As other reviews have said, it seems like they have no intention of finding you a job. Its weird because that's what they are there for. read more

They have really stopped caring for their employees. Takes about a week just to get a response back and by then it's to late to handle the situation. No matter the amount of texts or emails you send, nada. I understand covid is still affecting things but you should be able to give some kind of response within a certain time frame. Especially to your workers. Literally can't work because I just got covid and it's like they don't care. Called up to talk to someone else and they just transfer you back to the person who wasn't responding in the first place. They have really lost there professionalism lately. Really sucks man. read more

By the far one of the best temp agencies I've ever used. Years ago I was sketchy about using them and always ignored their phone calls, but after being laid off back in December, I decided to give it a try. Garrett Nicholas was my point of contact. I applied online, and got a call within the next 20 minutes. He took the time to really get to know me and listened to the positions I was looking for. Not only did they evaluate my skills but they matched it with what I was capable of doing. I went in for my interview with them the same day, got sent out for an interview the following day and was offered a position the same day for a temp to person position. It took about 2 days to get everything set up. Aerotek comes with a lot of great benefits, sick pay, 401k, medical, dental, etc. They make you feel like you are receiving the same benefits as a regular employer. I referred a few friends here and 2 of the 3 were placed with a position within the week they applied. I would definitely recommend it. read more

I was enrolled with this "agency" in September-october last year, took a first test assembling parts, was offered to have full time and overtime hours including Saturdays overtime, then assigned to a location in camarillo in the interview before start to work, gave me the choose to select the area to work , as per my background experience I selected, in the first day to work "bobby" the patron or boss advise us to have to work Saturdays ,mandatory, ! Never happened hours and labor was giving to only privileged for Bobby, of course on site manager never took care and office recruiter too of this aspect...bad bad read more

I found employment through Aerotek. I am just getting ready to start another long term temp assignment through them. I have referred a friend to Aerotek who found placement through them. Aerotek offers great benefits and opportunities to qualified people. The few people I have met at this agency have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My recruiter Brent has been the consummate professional. I noticed that 2 out of 4 reviews have given this agency a one star rating!! Of course, these were the people who were not successful in finding/getting employment through Aerotek. I can't help but wonder if they should be pointing a judgmental finger at Aerotek....or at themselves. read more

Back story on why I'm so happy with this place. My job search has been real tough. I've gone to two other local agencies as well as online platforms and in all honesty one agency didn't seem to care, had no sense of professionalism and only had 1 job for me to apply for. The other agency treated me like I needed to look for work for myself even though I thought that was the reason I went to an agency. I even followed up and got excuses from the jobs they had like they required certain experience even though it wasn't listed anywhere on the requirements. So I got the hint and didn't follow up with them anymore. So! All that to say I LOVE MY RECRUITER AT AEROTEK! Ruby Campos I'm talking about you. Ruby has been so sweet, helpful and has done what a recruiter is suppose to do. If you're looking for work and want someone who's gonna PUT IN WORK to get you work, this woman is the one to see. I never met her before and she made me feel important. Doesn't question me like I'm not trying and actually does her job. read more

Ruby helped both me and my boyfriend find great paying jobs, tailored to what we were looking for and our background. She and her team worked so quickly. We moved from out of state and have been searching for about a month with little luck, and they were able to find us something within a week or less. They will work for you and with you to find your best fit. read more

This place is full of broken promises . "I'll call you back in an hour" when in reality it takes a month to hear back only for them to offer low paying jobs in another county . I'm still waiting to hear from Jaycee who keeps responding with emails to call but when you call it goes to voicemail every time . Literally any other agency is better than this even though they act all fancy with the new collection location read more

Communication seems to be lacking in this company, or at least with whom I've dealt with. They tell you one thing and do another. Particularly when it comes to pay rate , jobs, locations, policies, etc.... read more

Great place to work for they are nice and friendly they really do there best efforts to get you a job plus they have great benefits plus the paycheck are weekly I'm very happy to be working with this company so far read more

Very terrible. Never go here to try to find employment. They are not helpful and whatever screening process they use is borderline discrimination. The staff is not friendly and they have no intention of finding good hard working people employment. Whatever you do, don't leave them your info (address, ssn, personal) read more

Okay, whoever has gotten a job through this agency, you are lucky people. A few people I know and myself have tried getting employed through this agency and it's been the worst experience. If you happen to get recruiter Garrett Nicholas, best of luck to you! He is the worst to possibly work with, gives no calls, and everytime you call he says he was just reviewing your profile and still working on getting you employed. I have heard that line atleast a dozen times. I'd rather go to thee agencies that actually help out in the time of need read more

Great group of people who are always friendly and very helpful, especially Brandon Dore. He recruited me from my previous job and always kept in contact with me and ALWAYS went out of his way to help me with the next steps. He was extremely patient when I had a bit of a hiccup getting things in order and was constantly reassuring me and understanding of the situation. He was very professional and i would recommend anybody going to him for any sort of hiring needs. read more

I have had a stellar experience with Aerotek. The first phone call I received from my representative, Brandon Dore, was more genuine than any of the other recruiters and staffing agencies I have been contacted by. He is an honest executive level recruitment professional who cares about his clients and their trajectory. read more

BUYER BEWARE: if this place seems to good to be true, that's because it probably is. I was contracted to work for Warner Pacific via Aerotek back in March, thus beginning my employment from hell. I excelled in this environment and was recognized for it. I slowly learned how dysfunctional this temp agency was after finding out that two employees I was hired on with were let go overnight after a few weeks for no reason, other than "they didn't get it". They serve as a microcosm for how WP/aerotek treat their employees. WP is flooded with employees who are in a perpetual "limbo" state; they are ghosted by Aerotek when asked if they will be hired on, even after working at WP for a year or more. Others come in to work only to find out they were terminated without cause. Managers at WP are nowhere to be found, and rarely set daily, weekly, or monthly goals/expectations. When asking my Aerotek rep, LIzet, what they did, why I couldn't get ahold of them, or what I'm expected to do when it's slow, all she told me was "you know, I'm not too sure what they do either". I want to single out my Aerotek rep Lizet Mendoza for my issues with Aerotek. On July 9th I called out from work hours prior to the beginning of my day due to a family emergency and by the end of the day I was let go. I was called by Lizet and after being continually questioned and pressured to tell her why I missed a day, I told her about the personal emergency and she understood. She promised me that I could tell her how I honestly felt about my job and that it would stay between us. I truly believed she was my "partner", as she routinely insisted. After voicing my aforementioned concerns, particularly with management, she hung up and called back a few hours later (she called a LOT, and mostly after 9pm and to tell me that yet another person was "let go"). She let me know my contract was terminated because "they didn't want to deal with me anymore". I'm only left to assume that my personal grievances with WP were made public, and for that I am disgusted. Still, even after all of this, she wanted to place me in ANOTHER job through Aerotek (didn't want to lose that precious commission, most likely). I kindly declined. It has been a month and I still have received no closure regarding my termination. They have not stated whether it was due to attendance or something "else" internally that I was never made aware of. Moreover, Aerotek has policies requiring written warnings about attendance that I never received. If WP did not, then why am I subject to the cherry-picking of what companies' rules take precedent between the two? Companies like Aerotek and WP remind me why I am pursuing a career in law this fall. If you are considering working for this firm, please be aware of the shady tactics they use. read more

Garret over at Aerotek is an honest and dedicated worker that is there to serve the best of your needs. The office works as a team to not only get you the best job they can but also to check in on you. They did a great job introducing me to Warner pacific insurance services and I give many thanks to them. I give 4 stars only because there was an honest mistake made when they gave me a later shift than originally promised, however they worked diligently to get me on my desired shift and no harm was done. They were in constant communication with me throughout the process and made it clear that they are open anytime for my call or text or email. Great job! read more

2 recruiters, 3 visits, 10 phone calls, a few emails later & still no job. that sums it up lol. Very Flakey & poor communication.

Save yourself the aggravation! These representatives will never return your phone call. You can leave numerous messages but they will hide behind the nice receptionist who will tell you that they are either "out of the office" or "not available", or they will simply ignore you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

This is such a horrible agency due to the fact that all they do is lead you on thinking your going to start a job and then at the last second giving you the run around it's outrageous how much they hype you up for nothing read more

do not come to this place if your looking for a job all these recruiters are unprofessional and will never call you back what a joke please dont waste your time here read more

One of the worst staffing agencies around. Very unprofessional, deceptive, and have questionable hiring practices. Recruiter Lizet Mendoza is not honest and will give you the run-around perpetually. I have over 15 years work experience two college certificates and a bachelors degree and she would not find me anything. For over 8 months she said she did not have any opportunities? And kept on with "we will have somethin in the near future and when we do I will keep you in mind". She asked for my resume, I sent it to her, and later I find out that she did not even file it. Her co worker Edgar said she did not even have it on file. I went for an interview with this Edgar guy and he purposely left the door open so other customers and aerotek employees could hear him talk about my personal information. His disregard for confidentiality is highly unprofessional. He also goes on with the "there is not anything right now" however, I see job opportunities listed by his office and even HIM on social media websites. Clearly, lying is accepted part of business as usual at this aerotek location 2751 Park View Ct Oxnard, CA 93036 . They purposely hold people back from making progress in employment and that is a tragedy. read more

Aerotek is one of the best job agencies, I have been helped by. Brandon and his partner Joey have done an incredible job with understanding what I was looking for to pursue a career and not the next job. I highly recommend either one of them. I am very happy with the new job I have received. They both have excellent communication and follow ups with their client. I can say this was a great experience by far from any other job agency I have been too!!!! Thank You Brandon and Joey and Aerotek!!!! read more

About 3 months ago and I was helped by Carly, she was cool for a month. She got me a job with SRS, but somehow they had a communication error and SRS wasn't hiring for another 9 months........ I have no idea how that happens. After that they sent me on an interview in Santa Barbara for Corning. I remember Carly and her manager Richard saying that this interview wasn't to be taken seriously and I probably wouldn't get the job, I was more of their guine pig as Richard put it. To their surprise I got the job but they were steadfast on me not accepting the job, because I wouldn't like it, I disagreed and said that I want to pursue this job, it has great pay and they told me I could be direct hire. Because I came back with facts And showed interest in a position they ignored my calls and emails for 2 months, when out of no where I get a call saying that all the shifts were taken and there was no room for me. Basically they waited for Corning to hire 300 people so I'd have no chance of being hired. I am pleased to say I found another job without the aid of aerotek, Carly or Richard. This is perhaps one of the worst agencies I've ever contacted for job opportunities and If I could give this agency zero stars I would. I warn those that go there to tread carefully. You will be filled with so much hope and then let you down so hard. read more
