Went back to the store out right to ask for another piece in exchange but, they said they do not have another piece. I somehow bargained. But, manager did Not even bother to go out of her office to talk to us, since the sales agent keep coming back and fort to her at theback. Did not even offer discount even they saw that there is a really big series of beads that was missing. I know, it was my fault for not looking into before I purchased, but, I hope that the manager could have talked to us and appease me and my hubby to be, the item we bought was not a piece of joke for that worth of money. I was really sad about my wedding dress. Ended up, returning it, and getting two dresses, one very simple wedding dress and a dress I do not need, since they do not want to give pur money back! I wasn't even able to reach the original price, which is higher. So, I have big credit with them, which I was not able to use! Since, they do not want to give my money back!
