Out of dozens of quotes ranging from big box stores to handymen, Southern Pride quickly rose to the top of our list. Not only did Southern Pride offer quality equipment at a competitive price, but they also did not hesitate to answer (numerous) questions. Never once did we feel like we were being pressured or misled. In a world where many HVAC companies claim their equipment is the best, it is rare to find a company that will take the time to explain honestly the pro/cons of different systems. Southern Pride offered a variety of equipment setups and financing options to meet our needs (and limited budget). Travis, was exceptional! Throughout the process, he patiently explained terminology and helped us find the best solution for what we needed.

They were beyond friendly and professional AND were able to get my unit back up and running. My house went from 93 degrees to a very comfortable 70 degrees within 24hrs. This company came to my home two months ago to fix my broken heat pump because I was not getting any heat and to this date has not resolved the situation. They are telling me that they are overwhelmed with service calls from both their customers and from many customers who had their units installed by other installers. Many of the local HVAC companies have been bought up by large corporations, and many of these customers are now satisfied with these larger, corporations, and want to deal with a local company. I have given Fannon many opportunities to finish their work, but they're telling me that I will just have to wait until their business slows down.
