(I didn't ask for this) Although I had a Kohl's charge card, apparently it was expired. So the associate pushed through a new application to see if I could get an additional discount (which didn't make any sense, since I was mostly getting a gift card.) Today I received a letter from Kohl's credit division telling me I was denied the card because of "Excessive obligations in relation to income." Here is the rub, credit score is 881 with no obligations whatsoever. End of story - I will NEVER GO to KOHL'S AGAIN!

We were shopping around by the active apparel and one of the clothing hooks was disgustingly covered in clothes, some on the ground, some thrown over the hanging poles. There was a 50% off metal sign that got knocked down from selecting clothes and this oldish guy turns the corner and yells "LEAVE NOW" I swear he looked like a evil villain in a Disney movie. (His hair looked like Ursula from the little mermaid) Ursula then goes to still scream "I DONT CARE LEAVE NOW" when it's obvious we were shopping around and didn't do anything, mind you, we are all 18-19 years old. Not doing anything bad as-well. He just had horrible attitude towards us and was an absolute POS. horrible customer service. The lady that checked us out at the front was so kind compared to him, he even went to hide in the back when it was our turn to check out in line. Clean up your store and stop being a dick to people. Travel 90 miles north and it's like a whole different experience (and better prices as well). I can be in and out of this place in 5 minutes and most of the times empty handed.
