When I arrived, I was drained emotionally, stressed and overwhelmed, felt very tired and had a poor quality of sleep. As a mom and business owner, the busyness of life was starting to create a burden on my shoulders. My upper back and neck were very stiff. First, her space is really inviting, warm and I felt really at ease with Michele. She is very calm, grounded and inviting. The session started. I still had some thoughts going on in my head although I was trying to calm the mind chatter. Her touch was very safe and nurturing. The closeness and connection that we nurtured provided a soft spiritual place for me to land every month with whatever was going on in my life.
