He's resolved problems for me and my family members that the "best" physicians in their field have said could only be healed via surgery --neurological, orthopedic and spinal included. His success rate is second to none because he's one of the very few highly trained P.T.'s who listen closely to their patients' symptoms, and then treat the affected areas personally: using their hands, teaching patients the daily routines that can help them the most when they're at home; and using their office visits to listen to their patients in order to assure they learn whatever new routines and exercises will help them recover as fully and as fast as their conditions will allow. Time and again, the highly attentive, hands-on guidance and instruction they provide has rapidly yielded benefits that have far exceeded those provided by the other P.T. practices I've occasionally had to use -- most of which simply put their patients on machines and devices that yield little long-term benefit. Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? Karen: Karen. Me: Do you perform treatments Karen? Karen: Yes I said thank you for your time and hung up. My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base. Please...somebody tell me I am wrong and the place is wonderful...Maybe there are nice calming personalities there? Otherwise my search continues because I felt stress just from trying to book at this place. I go out of my way to make sure people are comfortable and all questions are answered in my field of work.
