That may be true, but calling your wife a full-time employee not only belittles them it also proves there is a conflict of interest. Unfortunately, Scott and his brother continued to provide many bogus leads. Those that did eventually answer their phone were usually irate and would hang up. Not worth your money. TAL never discloses what their retention levels are of clients. They only brag about the total number of clients served over time, which solidifies the point that they have a high turnover for a reason.
