She calls me next day at 9am questioning me about cancelling then asking me to reschedule, it was badtiming as i got news the night before a family member ended up in the hospital. I had to be short with her. Seriously though 1. Don't call someone when they clearly stated I'll call you - she did this another time when I left a message cancelling and CLEARLY stated I'll call to reschedule - shes also a bit hard to undestand. I wish the lady from Bristol I think her name was Emma was doing the energy assistance or the young guy they had back in 2018 I believe that was Dominican I believe. They where both great and easy to deal with

Among those jobs were a handful of housekeeping jobs. Today I received a call from an employee at Jackie Carol staffing services in regards to one of the housekeeping jobs that I had applied for. Due to the fact that I had applied to several of these positions, I questioned on which position we were speaking of. The Jackie Carol staffing employee refused to answer my question and instead questioned weather I read the position description in full before applying.I explained to her that I do read the full descriptions but had applied to several different housekeeping positions and was unsure of which one she was referring to. She then in a nasty tone told me to go back on indeed and fully read the position description before I decide to apply for it. I again explained to her that I do read the descriptions before I apply for a job but I am unsure of which job she is speaking of. She continued with her nasty tone telling me that I need to read the description before I apply for a position. I finally had enough and told her I was no longer interested in the job due to the fact that she had such a very unprofessional and rude attitude. She then replied with that's fine because you wouldn't have gotten it anyway. At that point I said goodbye and hung up. I waited several minutes and called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. The Jackie Carol staffing employee asked if it was "my name". I again asked to speak to a supervisor. This went on for three or four times before I finally told her who I was and she put me on the phone with her supervisor after a brief wait on hold. I explain the situation to the supervisor who one hundred percent backed her employee and did not give any condolences to my situation. She explained to me that the Employee was frustrated due to the last four phone calls going the same way that our call had gone. I explained to her that I understand the frustration and that people can be rude but, after a frustrating phone call the employee should have taken a breather and calmed down before making another phone call and giving an unwelcome attitude for no reason. She did agree but later in the conversation said that she has never had a situation with this employee. After this contradiction, I let the supervisor know I was only calling to make her aware of the rude behaviors being performed by her employee on the phone and that I was no longer interested in the position but had to get back inside to tend to dinner. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It's very unfortunate for the businesses that work with Jackie Carol to reliably and professionally help find them employees.

Very responsive when booking the initial "deep" clean. A checklist is provided which they do not…read morefollow. Front of cabinets were not cleaned, floors were just haphazardly wiped with a mop, not scrubbed, front of fridge was damaged. When I brought the damage to the owners attention the very next day after the cleaning, he told me it was "too late." My initial concerns were prompted within the 24 hours in the contract, but because I found more damage at 29 hours, he wants to play games. Refused to provide me the insurance information and stopped responding all together. They breached the contract and do not honor the quality guarantee they boast. Women walked around my house for at least an hour doing nothing, one was sitting in her car for over 40 minutes (I have camera footage of both) I tried to approach the owner kindly and respectfully, but he wants to hide behind his email. Don't waste your hard earned money, look elsewhere!
