I was skeptical but the proof is in the results. I waited…read moreawhile to write this review. I wanted to make sure I didn't fall off the wagon! I saw Ken in early November and have been a non smoker ever since! I was a smoker for most of my adult life. Quit for my kids during pregnancy, but never quit for me. This was my time to do something loving for myself. I had no idea what to expect with hypnosis. I was pleasantly surprised and it wasn't what I thought it would be. A lot of re-educating what I already knew but chose to forget. If you come with an open mind and you're ready to stop being a slave to the stupid cigarette, then call Ken! Tell yourself you are worth it!

It has been a long journey! With Ken's help, I quit for 2.5 years. Yes, I recently relapsed, and I am happy Ken guarantees his work. He understands the difficulties and struggles that smokers go through. The first time I saw him, I walked out and had no cravings, withdrawals, or grumpiness. It was as though I had never smoked. I have to say that I embraced this journey with exercise, healthy eating habits, and giving up things like coffee that triggered my smoking habit in the past, but within a few months, I felt normal. I didn't need to be fearful of my triggers anymore. After my last, most recent session, I feel free from the chains of cigarettes. It has been one of the most challenging habits to overcome, yet I am worth it. Don't get me wrong, I experience the urge to smoke once in a while, yet I remind myself that it will pass and that my health is more important than a nasty cigarette. I hope more people discover the benefits of hypnosis with Ken. He is the real deal! If you have a friend or loved one who struggles with smoking, check out Ken at one of his locations in Sacramento, Roseville, or the Bay Area location. He is happy to be of service.

Without informing me she changed my medication. When I asked why this was I was told that she was afraid to prescribe Adderall because it could have a negative side effect with my Zoloft! This is a total lie. The physician is incompetent. I'm a pharmacist. All of my colleagues including myself agree thar Zoloft and Adderall are compatible with a very slight chance of an adverse reaction. At this point I'm fed up. I've made multiple calls. I just want my money back. Update: EZCare provided me with a complimentary consultation with a different physician to resolve the issue. Once the consultation started the doctor told me he was going into the consult blind. They failed to let him know what was going on . He told me he couldn't prescribe anything because it would be stepping on the toes of the previous provider. Needless to say this consult provided no therapeutic value. Communication is terrible. All communication goes through a call center that sounds like it's based out of India. I wish they had a feature where you could send a direct message to the provider. After many many calls. I'm done. Exhausted: this place actually did harm to my mental health.

The only response to getting my files was once I reported them to HIPAA for violating their policy and a negative review on BBB. It took several days after they reached out, well past HIPAAs 30 calendar day policy. This med center is lax in their HIPAA procedures. Find somewhere else better to trust your medical information.

Like the others, I wish I could give this place a zero star. I live next door to one of their…read morefacilities in San Martin. Last night, a young child ran over to our house from the street barefoot, (we have a 5 acre lot, mind you), balling their eyes out, shaking, and desperate for help. The child expressed that they ran away because they were SA'd. The child had not showered or eaten in days. The child shared more horrific details about their treatment at the facility, but I don't think it's necessary to disclose more. We took the child inside and took care of them. The sheriffs office came over to our house, but the organization did not report the child missing until 2 hours after we had called the sheriff!! There are ONLY 6 KIDS there at a time!! IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN 2 HOURS TO REALIZE SOMEONE IS MISSING. Unfortunately, about 5 hour after she had been at our home, it was decided that they had to send the child back, despite the fact that the child didn't feel safe and had been SA'd. (Please note, we strongly question whether the sheriffs enacted the correct protocol regarding the SA.) We were resistant to send the child back after hearing how they were treated but there was nothing we could do because of the legal restrictions. When we walked the child back, the staff treated the child, us, and EVEN THE SHERIFF with a cold, unwelcoming, and annoyed attitude. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. This is not the first time incidents like this have happened and we fully intend to report this to CPS to investigate the facility.

We live out of state and embark kept giving us different dates for discharge and could not communicate to each other about getting us a correct date. I got a flight the day of her discharge because, again, they wouldn't give us a consistent date. I got there the next day and had to pay for a hotel. - they were supposed to send referrals to several day treatments in our network the day we left. Which in itself is ridiculous to wait until a kid is discharged to send a referral that usually has several weeks of a wait list. turns out, they never sent the referrals, and the ones that they were supposed to send to weren't even in our network. - I emailed several times after she was discharged to ask about the referral and never got a response other that an initial response saying they were cc'ing the therapist. With me trying to follow up on this, still no response. - there was a staff member that told my daughter that her life goes against his (the staff member) beliefs. This was not relayed to me until after her discharge. My daughter was told that the staff member was fired, which I don't believe. I am sure he was just moved to another location to continue the trauma he causes to at-risk youth.
