Parents, think twice before sending your child here! C2 Education is a for-profit business that…read moreprioritizes sales over students and rakes in millions of dollars each year. The center director is purely money-minded and is only concerned about meeting her sales targets for the month. She was very pushy in getting my husband to sign our daughter up. Before one could begin tutoring lessons, C2 forces you to sign a lengthy contract. We, like many others, were told tutoring hours never expire--a BIG FAT LIE! Buried in the fine print was an expiration date. C2 will say anything to get you to sign your child up. I've heard from a former center director at a different C2 location that tutoring hours were once honored indefinitely despite what the contract actually said, until one day C2's corporate office sent out an email saying an expiration on tutoring hours must be enforced. Completely unethical way of doing business. As for tutoring--it SUCKS! Some tutors are great, but others are god awful. Sessions last 2 hours with 3 students per tutor, leaving my daughter stuck doing bookwork with minimal interaction. She hated it and got nothing out of it. C2 is among the most expensive tutoring options, with some families spending upwards of $20K. For that price, you'd be better off hiring a private tutor for actual one-on-one attention. Don't like C2 and want a refund? Good luck! C2 will ignore calls and emails, drag its feet, and, if you're lucky, refund only a tiny fraction of what you paid. Lastly, beware of fake 5-star reviews on Google. Don't be fooled. After every negative review, there's a sudden burst of suspiciously similar positive ones, often from accounts with just one review. Case in point--after a previous negative review, a wave of glowing reviews suddenly praised "Rob's essay writing." For the real truth about C2, check reviews on Trustpilot (3-star average) and the Better Business Bureau (F rating, unaccredited). Attached are screenshots of a C2 center director job description emphasizing sales over education and Glassdoor/Indeed reviews exposing the reality from employees themselves. A former C2 center director even admitted on Indeed they were 'trained to fool the customer to buy more hours.'

This is very dishonest service. Do not give your Credit Card details to these service. They will…read moreovercharge you or will charge you for the services you are not signed up for. I had a trial piano class scheduled for my daughter and because we were not able to attend the class, we called and cancelled the class well in advance. We cancelled the class 3 days in advance. Still they charged our credit card. When I called and asked for a refund they said the lame excuse. They said their Credit card system is designed to charge you immediately and there is no provision to refund the money. Only resolution is to buy another trial class and use that money towards the next trial class. Anyways I went ahead and "Disputed my Credit Card Charge" with the Credit Card company. In my opinion these guys are running a crappy business. AVOID AT ANY COST and DONT GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.

My kids used to attend the music classes there about 6 months back. As per my experience quality of…read moretheir services have been going down. When attending a lesson for 30 minutes, the teachers dont even complete 20 minutes. Classes often starts late, and end on time. considering what we are paying per lession the return is not much. There have been duplicate or over charges on my credit cards. When we call them and ask about the charges someone would attend the call and then the usual answer will be that they will dicsuss and get back to us later, but they never contact back. It will be better if you decide to pay for the services by cash or check, as they won't refund you any money on credit card even if they charged you by mistake. Most of time there are some school kids attending the phones and they dont have clue about the charges and why there are duplicate charges on credit card etc. They have the excuse that once you are charged on Credit card, there is no way to refund the money back. Period. They tend to argue and mostly we won't be getting any help. If you have any other option please try it out before trying this option.
