Shortly after installation, we questioned some areas of concern and he said he would come check it out "this week". Never heard from him. About a year later, the floor was coming up in one area and he ignored our texts. Now it is coming apart in three areas and when I spoke to him, he said that he had a lot of issues with this specific vinyl flooring and knew what was happening. He said that the flooring was not under any type of warranty. He said, "I'll come out by the end of the week and see what I can do." That was well over a month ago and we never heard from him. The floor was installed late 2021 and now it's only February of 2024 and we must get all new flooring installed. Hopefully, we will find a more reputable and qualified company. If you read the other 1 star comments, you will see consistency with Casey ghosting his customers or not standing behind his work when there's an issue. If anything changes, I'll gladly update my review.

He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! He also gave me lots of great advice on maintaining the carpet, and walked me through other options that would be far less costly and far more costly so I could truly weigh all my options. From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery. I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early! Plus, Miguel tentatively said the actual carpeting would take 8-9 hours, but he and his team got it done in only 5 hours. (This was roughly 1,700 sq. ft. of carpet.) 5-star experience and highly recommend, for sure. Very reasonable budget and excellent quality carpet.
