We didnt have them rinsed off or packed into the tarps yet they helped us unload all of the rental things, life jackets and pumps too, from our car. I have the opinion there are basically four types of guides.....Good ones, mediocre ones, bad ones, and great ones. Chris is one of the great ones. From the minute I met Chris, I knew it was going to be a fun day fishing. Chis has a great sense of humor, a true love of the outdoors, a constant smile, is incredibly positive, an amazing fly fishing instructor, and a great fisherman. There was never a dull moment during our 8 hrs. on the water. My fishing partner and I were shown one of those "days to remember." If you're pondering a guided trip to one of Montana's incredible rivers that Chris guides on, you won't find a better guy to fish with. We have already booked several dates with Chris for the Spring. The Shiloh Conservation Area is an unexpected bonus in an area in which there is a much recent…read moredevelopment. It's a chance to get outside and enjoy nature without traveling far. As you walk along the path, there are signs describing what the conservation area does and the flora and fauna you might see. It's an easy walk, the paths are paved, the signs easy to read, and despite being close to a main road, it's quiet. While there are walking access points at the nearby apartments and businesses, there's also entrance off Shiloh near the Knife River business. It seems to be popular for families with kids and dogs or both, and people who like to fish. I've seen plenty of all of them. There's no seating or picnic tables, or the like, so it's a place to keep you moving (except maybe if you're fishing). You never know what you'll see around the next curve in the path, and that's not a bad thing.

He'll put you on fish and help you catch them. Great guy, too. If you need additional guides for a bigger party, he will arrange them, and they'll be great. Jeremy's customer service is excellent. Once you're booked with him, there's literally nothing to worry about. Just show up, fish, and have a great time. I've lost count of how many trips I've taken with Jeremy...more than ten.
