Definitely a more"adult" vibe at this Christmas market. There weren't many gift or goods shops, infact, I don't think I saw any. This market mainly had alcohol and food. There was one really neat difference in that this was pretty much one long street and there were other established restaurants on either one or the other side of the market.
The bars offered many different choices including many variations of gluhwein which was very nice. At many of the stalls you could add different liquors to them for small upcharges.
One down side, is that there was not a lot of spots to sit. If you had food & a drink it became tricky to navigate the crowd with your hands full and trying to eat.
Over all, the vibe was fun and festive, and it was nice to not have to worry about strollers. However, it was very crowded and I'm not sure how long I would want to hang out without additional shops or seating areas. read more
