This is the second house I've had completely re-roofed in the last 5 years and my fourth experience with working with Advantage Roofing Company in Tyler who repaired the inner walls and ceilings that had been damaged by a leaky roof in the first house before the roof was replaced in that house. Because they did such a professional and excellent job on my first home, I also had Advantage Roofing Company completely replace the roof in my second home a few years ago. In all cases, the Advantage Roof representatives were very friendly, professional, patient with my inquiries, thorough with their explanations and follow-up communications, and meticulous schedules which are so dearly appreciated. Although I previously found that Advantage Roofing Company's prices are a tad higher than most in the surrounding area, and this being my fourth experience with working with them, I would never hesitate to highly recommend them because their prices are reflected in the quality of their materials, the quality of their work, and the way Advantage Roofing Company cares not only about offering quality and long-lasting roofs, but also stands by their customers and by their warranty. With Advantage Roofing Company, it's not just about installing roofs, it's also about caring about people, and that's what sets them apart from all of the others. As the old adage goes, "you get what you pay for." read more

can't recommend Ryan with Advantage Roofing enough! He has been taking care of both my personal home and multiple rental properties for the past 10 years, and he has always been reliable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Ryan consistently goes above and beyond--whether it's repairs, inspections, or full roof replacements. He responds quickly, shows up when he says he will, and his work is always high quality. As a property owner and Realtor, having someone I can trust completely is invaluable, and Ryan has never let me down. He is especially great when it comes to insurance claims and storm damage. He knows the process inside and out, helps navigate everything smoothly, and makes what can be a stressful situation so much easier. If you're looking for a roofing company that is dependable, professional, and stands behind their work, Advantage Roofing is the one to call. Highly recommend! read more

The first of many tree limbs to damage my roof fell more than a year ago. Without the dogged determination of my roofing consultant, Courtney Dowdy of Advantage Roofing, I would still be waiting for my insurance company to approve the repairs. Courtney's dedication to her job and her knowledge of all aspects of the business are the best I've experienced. My roof has never looked this great, and the house has been in my family since the 1970s. Thank you, Courtney! read more

Very responsive and professional. I love that they are the only local roofers that are Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractors

Bailed and left my roof exposed to the elements. Rain is destroying my uncovered decking now. Extremely overpriced as seeing someone in distress motivated their price point. Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility. Often stated, "I hope we don't find anything else." Salesperson understands and remembers little. Constant address and verbage mistakes by office personnel. Property damaged by roofers. Roofing nails left on the ground in multiple areas. Have to constantly watch for potential flat tires. No insurance, no bueno. Go to a larger reputable company and save yourself any untoward stress and anxiety. read more

Jay and his crew are amazing. Fast to respond, did wonderful work with great quality. I'm happy to see the warranty they gave me and answering my questions after the sale. Would highly recommend advantage roofing to anyone in need of a quality, trustworthy roofer read more

They were to meet with my adjuster about my roof. They sent some guy out that wouldn't even go up on the roof, but instead stayed inside and talked with my wife about his other business ventures, and other sundry topics--none of which had anything to do with our roof. He told her point blank that "we weren't getting a new roof." Nothing could be further from the truth. Just because he wasn't interested in assisting us doesn't mean another company wasn't--or that we couldn't put one on out of our pocket. Another company came out, and found hail and wind damage. At this point, it looks like our insurance is going to cover it.... read more
