I was having a recurring issue with a tooth so decided to get it taken care of. As I am new to the area, I searched for an endodontist and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Morant based upon patient reviews. I am very impressed with this office. I was taken very promptly at my appointment time to the treatment room. The room was very clean and organized. The dental assistant was very concerned about making me comfortable and answering any questions I may have had. Dr. Morant has a pleasant bedside manner and started the procedure promptly. He numbed the tooth very well- I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. He was also very thorough in his work. This was a tooth that had a previous root canal, but that doctor missed one of the four canals in the tooth- hence the recurring pain. He explained this to me to help me understand the situation. He treated all four roots and cleaned everything out. I have no doubt that I will not have any future problems with this tooth. I will definitely return if I have any future tooth problems.

I abhor seeing any dental folk. I have a small mouth so most of their mouth guards never fit. I am…read moreannoying cause I hate dentists . Husband has seen Dr. Morant twice for root canals in the last five years. He only had positive remarks . I had trauma to an incisor decades ago now feeling pain above the site. X rays showed the infection so root canal was scheduled as soon as possible since I was flying. Entire procedure was quick . He washes his hands !!!! Hope never to visit his office again but would highly recommend his practice. Once a tooth has an infection you need a root canal cause oral anitbiotics can not clear it. The antibiotics do help in reducing the pain but sadly you need the root evacuated. Cracked teeth also can not be patched . Sadly cracked teeth will have an infection set and voila you will need a root canal. No one likes the ides to have it done. Dr. Morant is excellent

I've been a patient at Bridgeworks Dental for many many years. I've recommend them to multiple…read morefamily members and always found the group to be pleasant. Recently however, I had a very negative experience that has made me switch to another dental group. I never had any issues with paying any dental bills and in fact at times had credits on my account as me or my husband, (who was also a patient until last week), had paid a balance as directed by the front office only to have our duel insurances cover more than expected Resulting in an account credit. Last week I went in for the last part of a root canal which was just to get the permanent crown affixed. I had paid half of my balance previously and owed $208.00 at the visit in Dec 31st. My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning for which I was on time. I was greeted by the assistant and ready to go back when the girls behind the desk pointed to the computer and read something and then told me I needed to pay before I saw the dentist. Id never been requested to do this and I asked why I would pay prior to services being performed? An office worker assured me that this was the new office procedure going forward. I'd brought my debit card with me and tried to process the payment. It was declined as my bank had put a temporary hold on my account due to "suspicious activity" Over the holiday which was unknown to me but common for the bank to do to protect customers accounts against fraud. I tried multiple phone numbers for the bank and the number on the back of my card to request that they remove the block however, nobody was available until the bank opened at 9:00 a.m. in the meantime, one of the office workers said she would check with the dentist to see if he would see me in the meantime until I got my card squared away. She came back from checking and relayed that I couldn't go back until I paid first. This was very disheartening as I never had any issues paying for any services. I sat in the waiting room for a half hour until my bank opened and then left to go to the bank, got cash and brought it back to the office and paid. I was then seen by the dentist for the ten minute appointment. I found it odd that when I was told it was a new policy of the practice, as I was waiting to be seen, two patients came out and were charged AFTER their appointments. I mentioned this to the office worker (who has been there a while) and she said, "if it's for a cleaning or something like that we charge after but for a crown we charge up front". The whole situation was unpleasant and unprofessional. I fully understand that dentists need to get paid as any business does but this was unwarranted and unnecessary. To be treated in this manner was very unexpected and disheartening.
