Simple. No, I did NOT need an Xray but they tried to tell me I did. I got a female dentist who was LESS THAN friendly and seemed annoyed she was even being bothered! The assistant seemed very inexperienced and didn't put a suction thing in my mouth or even a bib that is a typical thing usually done at the beginning. I wanted to tell them but HOW??? It was the WORST service I have ever had and the crown soon popped off... AGAIN! I don't remember the amount I paid, but it was far more than I expected. Of course, at the end they tried to talk me into a "plan" which I refused. I would never go back there even if their service was FREE!

Dr. Barratt is straight forward, and works efficiently. Scheduling is great, and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The cleanliness is immaculate. Marika is a great hygienist. Premier also accepts my insurance. Dr. Barratt is honest, and unlike many other dentists, he doesn't push services or unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was on the phone discussing billing while I stood there, clearly in need of help. Despite leaving emergency messages, she showed no urgency or care. Even though she admitted that she had listened to my messages. Billing another customer was more important than worrying about a patient's dental issue. I ended up leaving and finding another dentist who saw me right away. The dentists and hygienists here are great, but the front office staff definitely needs to improve on communication and customer care. In an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. A person in a double mask will huff and puff around the edges. Now, we also have measles spreading in this county because of this kind of medieval thinking! I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. I was on a very tight schedule because I was moving about 4 months later and was in braces that would not be removed till a month before my move date. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns. That's why it is usually best to do the front 6 together, but that was not an option. Even with the obstacles that I threw at him, he was able to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr Ledesma to anyone in need of dental work!

On the phone making the appointment, at the counter when I checked in and when the dentist inquired who refered me! They did not discuss with me any of the procedures they were doing or the cost of the procedures. I would not have consented if I knew they were not covered. I am a senior surviving mostly on my Social Security and I received a huge bill. I feel completely taken advantage of. I appealed with my insurance company, Regence, and they have denied my appeal. Evidently , there is another dentist Dr. Fox in my city and who is in my network. I made an appointment with the wrong one. I don't understand why this other Fox Dental did not inform me at any time that I would be charged for my exam or X-rays. Sadly, I can't recommend them. They were very nice and the office is beautiful.
