There is an employee that is not trustworthy nor efficient. Never showed up on time and left hours early every visit with us still paying her the entire fee for a shorter time. But complained about her duties with us which were discussed in detail and agreed upon at sign up. Talked bad behind the owners back to me personally. The owner sent my husband a TEXT message cancelling our service rather than being professional and making a phone call. Their reasoning being petty and just something to come up with to drop us honestly. Mentioning things which were discussed in much detail at the beginning before we started service with them.
