Requested her to clean all cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, scrubbing them inside and out, as…read morewell as cleaning window blinds. She quoted me an unbelievably low price, totally unreal. When I showed her photos of the kitchen and told her how many blinds, she again lowballed herself, saying she was new to this business and didn't know how to price things. I told her what other quotes I had gotten and she adjusted her prices. I should have quit while I was ahead, but I felt someone just starting out should be given a chance. (NOW her history says she started in 2023, so she should know how to clean and how to price after 2 years. This wasn't on there when I hired her.) After I hired her, she said from now she was charging $50 an hour! I told her not to tell people that, even if that is what she ended up getting. She showed up with her boyfriend and he started cleaning our ceiling fans, which were not requested, but he did a fantastic job. Once she finished the kitchen cabinets, I checked them and they were dirty in the corners. She didn't bring any kind of vacuum or hand vac and said she couldn't get the crumbs out with a rag. I told her to use our vacuum until she could buy one of her own. The outside of the cabinets were fairly clean, a few were sticky, none of the handles were cleaned. I asked for that to be done and she told me because of her upbringing, she didn't know what should be cleaned or how. She didn't do a very good job, and some of our blinds were broken when they finished cleaning them. But I fell for her sob story and paid her , only now to find out everything she told me to get the job isn't true. So, no, after being used when I was trying to help someone who said they were trying to get on their feet, I can not in good faith recommend True Endeavors Cleaning Services.

The women's restroom had such a strong odor of decay it would be hard to walk into the restroom. They have drug addicts working for their company I have seen their company van in places no company vehicle should be late at night with a Caucasian lady driving it appeared to be purchasing drugs I'm going to say no hard pass I do not recommend these services at all.. Do not take my word for it just call the locals in this area such International (Super Center) I will be adding to this post oh and the will lie on their staff as well they will go to drastic measures to stop their staff from obtaining benefits that they work for they will make up things that are not true on you well here's the truth...
