Then I noticed my front walkway was wet. I followed it out and there was a LOT of wet area in my mulch beds. My worst fear was the leak was under the house so I turned off the main valve and went to bed. I was sure it would cost thousands in repairs. We called Roket at 10am. He was out within a half hour. Such a nice gentleman! He checked the meter at the road and immediately knew the leak was outside of the house. He made a guess to where the leak was and started digging. 90 minutes later and two feet deep, he was right. Turned the water on and it was like a mini old faithful! A half hour later and the repair was complete. A water line check and the meter was still. No more leak. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know. He will certainly be my go-to from now on.

He now says, oops sorry, can't make it. It's now Friday afternoon and I still have leaking water and damaged floors and no plumber. I could've spent those 4 1/2 hours getting a professional here. If you have anything even remotely or potentially urgent, do NOT bother calling this guy. He couldn't even make a 2 minute courtesy call to let me know. Heck, even a text would've been better than nothing.
