We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. This was back in May/June '23. It was obvious after some time that the issue was not resolved. Unsure of why, we called a different company about 3 months later for a "second opinion" and to have them do a cleaning as well. This new company came and put cameras down each and every ac vent to take before and after pictures, and showed us as they went along. More than half the vets had inches of dust in them, the kind of build up that would take years (probably 5+ years) to build up, and should not happen within a few months. Other vents were spotless from the original cleaning. It was very obvious that this company and crew were cutting corners on our house. Not sure if they are saving money on supplies or are just lazy- but we paid full price for half the job to be done. Definitely do not recommend them!
