When she was done and when I pointed out streaks etc. She said she had already spent an hour and a half and that I had received a "basic cleaning", words she had never spoken when giving me the $220 price for my 912 sq ft home. (Note their website advertises $89 for a small home). Did not put screens back on, some of those were only half cleaned. Did not take credit card, also something she failed to mention prior to starting job. I asked for a reciept, she said she would email, never received. I have my 4000+ sq foot home (Not in TF,) windows professionally cleaned. Finished job asked me to check everything to make sure I was satisfied. Even cleaned the small windows on my garage without asking. Quality work. Do not recommend Pure Clean.

They stopped cleaning our home because it was "messier than they expected" and they "were just done." They asked us to give them the second half of the money before the service was completed because "it looked to be more work than they thought." Our home, while messy, was not a disaster zone. We have two dogs and two cats. This was a move out clean. If wr thought we could do it on our own, we wouldn't have hired someone. They repeatedly called us over to do things like vacuum so we wouldn't clog up their machines, and ultimately shamed us for the state of our home... They made comments like, "wow. Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.
