She told me about Ideal Protein, showed me the food and said "you don't have to think about it". You just follow the protocol and go in once a week to chat with your coach and see results. That day I made an appointment and started what has seemed like the easiest program I have been on to lose weight. I am not calling this a diet because Ideal Protein has taught me to be present when I eat and aware of what I eat. Y'all the weight literally just falls off! Follow the protocol and see results. I went from a snug size 8 to a size 2 in 9 weeks and I am a slow loser so the 22lbs I've lost have motivated me to want to lose another 8 just because I know that In this program I can.

He was very understanding and if you needed anything he was there to help. The office staff was very fast and efficient with any problems you had. I would think they would keep it fully stocked all the time since people need it. MAYBE LOSING MONEY WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!! Y'all I have been going to ZMed Spa for many years without a SINGLE COMPLAINT BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW. Wasn't gonna leave one but after two text messages to leave a review, here it is. Y'all that know me, know I don't want to look 30 but only want what I pay for. Zmed fell really short and the second visit was worse than the first. Very uncomfortable position that I was placed in. REVIEW LEFT ON GOOGLE AND YELP. PLENTY OF OTHER MED SPAS AND AS A REGISTERED NURSE SPEAKING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORRY ABOUT MY FACE NOT THE REVIEW!!! I would have totally changed this review had they fixed my face on the second trip. Got a call to come back in to attempt to get this review changed. I was not made to feel like they cared about how I felt or looked but about the review! It was ALL about the DAMNED REVIEW. I was treated and talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have literally been going there for YEARS and NEVER once complained about anything. I did and still do have wrinkles in my forehead (my main complaint). They put a very minimal amount of dysport (prob less than 30 units) to try to get this review better. Still have wrinkles and now after two wasted trips I feel just as bad about my face as BEFORE MY $1000 visit. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Not as happy with my results this time. I have had many visits to Zmed but I don't feel that my end result this time was what I wanted or expected.

Currently, I am unable to work or drive a car. Only after the second occurrence of "double vision"-- from a 10/15/2020 Botox treatment was my CC ophthalmologist able to figure out that the "misplaced" injections on both occasions were the cause of my loss of vision--both on 7/17/2020 and 10/27/2020. But not before I was given multiple tests in July--brain MRI/ blood studies/ thyrotropin receptor Ab test--all of which were normal. As a board certified orthodontist and health care provider myself, I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews. That said, the severity of my symptoms and the lack of compassion from "Dr. Vijay"--as well as extreme outrage-- necessitated this review...in hopes that future patients should be at least aware of potential danger which may result from going to this doctor. Lastly, I decided a second opinion was in order and had an employee drive me to Houston for an appointment with a "world renown" ophthalmologist, whom was most helpful in diagnosing an allergic reaction I was having from some eye drops my family physician had prescribed a year earlier. After a thorough examination and dilation of my eyes, the Houston ophthalmologist ascribed my condition positively and without a doubt as "Medial Rectus Paresis" secondary to Botox (Botulism), confirming my CC ophthalmologist's diagnosis. No treatment can be done to reverse the effects, but only to wait approximately 3 months for the Botox to dissipate. Janet L. Vaughan, DDS, MS

With years and years of experience combined with his willingness to learn and be receptive to new and modern treatments -- he works with his patients to develop a total health plan. Okay, so he's not young and his hearing isn't all that it used to be and his body, like all of us, has taken its licks over the years. I can tell you that inside is a mind sharp and youthful. He has not only been a wonderful doctor who has helped me choose the right supplement program but who has also led my wife and I to specialists who are leaders in their field of expertise. Doctor Boriack takes a holistic approach to your health. If you want a doctor who will help guide you to taking charge of your health, who will treat you like a special person, and who cares for his patients deeply, then Doctor Boriack is your man. On the other hand, if you are a stress monster and don't have the patience to wait, often times up to an hour, to see him, then you can do one of two things: (1) make sure you get the first appointment of the day or (2) go to a different doctor. There are lots of doctors out there who are willing to herd you through quickly, if quick is what you want. But don't expect that from Doctor Boriack. Discussing ailments and developing correct treatment plans takes time. So while you're sitting in the waiting room, read a book or magazine or just take the time to actually relax. Or perhaps strike up a conversation with the other patients waiting to be seen. Either way, Doctor Boriack is worth waiting for. I've been treated by hundreds of doctors during my military career and during my life as a civilian. None have been as caring, effective and efficient as Doctor Boriack. Doctor Boriack is in his eighties. My only regret about that is knowing that some day he'll have to retire and I'll have the impossible task of finding a doctor as competent as him. He's been my doctor for about eight years and my wife's doctor even longer. He appreciates that we are both smart enough to research and guide our wellness. He provides his input and years of experience to provide us with multiple perspectives. Choosing a doctor is no easy task. And it takes several appointment to develop a relationship with a new doctor. He's not a magician, he's a doctor. He'll expect you to be his co-pilot as you work together optimizing your health. He has also been a mentor. Although I'm 63 years young, it's nice to have someone a few years senior who can make sure I steer straight and true. I've come to count on his advice and he's never failed me.
