I had glasses made by Davison vision through this company and they were IMPOSSIBLE to wear. I returned several times; and nothing was done to correct the problem. The optometrist had NO idea why I could not wear the glasses; as far as she was concerned the problem was "me"; not the lenses she prescribed. Long story short; I found a new optometrist and SHE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND NOW I HAVE GLASSES I CAN WEAR. I recommend this company if you want a fast & unreliable eye exam; the office is unorganized and the staff is "slightly interested in assisting clients" at best.

I have been going to Dr. Lichota (with very few exceptions) since I got my 1st pair of glasses in…read more2nd grade. That was in 1990. I have never had difficulty with them. They explain everything thoroughly and Dr. Lichota makes sure to remind me of the dangers of working on computer screens (20 seconds away for every 20 minutes looking). He has the trust of my entire family with their eyes. He educates, informs, and knows his stuff. The few years I lived outside of the area I went to different optometrists and were not at all happy with them in comparison.

They call me back a few days later and asked me which ones had to have the scratch-resistant lenses in. Then they called me again and said I should be like another week because the person that was picking them up didn't have the right bag. So they had to come back and get a different bag to put the glasses in. Then I waited another week and they finally said after I call them that my glasses were broke and had to send them out for repair. After that, I've called and said where's my glasses? They said well haven't gotten them back yet, but they should be in sometimes after Thanksgiving. I said, I can't see it and haven't I have one pair of glasses and I really can't see well, is there anything that you can do because I need to be able to save and they replied. No the could not do nothing to be sometime either the end of the week or sometimes after Thanksgiving. I would not recommend this place. This place is bad service. They don't try even conversate in anyways, so it's my review.

Lisa at Fraser Optical was extremely helpful! She helped me pick out frames and made many great…read morerecommendations. I finally narrowed my selections down to two frames. Lisa did an excellent job on explaining the additional options I might want or need in my lenses and even broke down prices to help in my decisions. After choosing my #1 frame of the day, Lisa also reminded me that my insurance restarts in January if I want to come back and get the 2nd runner-up frame that I also really liked! That was a marvelous reminder to me and a great up-sell for Fraser Optical too. I want Fraser Optical to know they have an excellent employee and I'm planning on returning for my runner-up choice. Two different looks and I need them both! The lady who did my eye exam also did an excellent job too!
