I got to know the staff well because i needed therapy for my spine and then for my left knee replacement. The therapists were all highly qualified and personable as were the staff. There was always a warm greeting upon walking in the door and a kind farewell at the end of a session. I appreciated the computerized scheduling and their desire to accommodate unexpected necessary changes. While all the staff was excellent. i would like to give a shout out to Jerrett and Karla both extremely caring qualified and professional therapists. The business definitely needs more room to expand and more equipment as that area is growing quickly. Then the service will rate an A+

Don't expect to go there and not hurt sometimes. Remember no pain - no gain. I went to therapy for over 4 months and can truly say I am 99% better than I was before I went. There are times I still hurt, but with the knowledge I have now I know what to do when those times come. (and if I don't, I'll make something up, hahaha)
