This building was not easy to navigate (thanks to a gentleman he told us where to go) because nobody was at the information desk when you enter coming off the pedestrian bridge. Once I arrived to the doctor's office, the check-in was fast and easy. I had a consultation to see if I need to remove a mole and we waited for the doctor for ONE HOUR! And when he arrived,I felt a bit rushed and consultation was focused on surgery. The doctor explain procedure and possibly worst case scenario. We hope waiting time gets better!

Since I'm over 35, my OB/GYN sent me to MFM to have some more in-depth ultrasounds done. On my first visit, I didn't have to wait long before I was called back. And the techs were delightful. In the very clean ultrasound room, they took several measurements of my baby. Best of all, the techs were eager to answer my questions and keep me informed on what we were seeing on the screen. And because my baby was a bit shy and wouldn't roll over on my first visit, they couldn't get good images of his heart. So they had me come back a second time. I'm thankful for their thoroughness. They were able to get a better view then, and I didn't mind going back because it meant I got to see my baby again. They were also nice enough to give me several printouts of the photos to take home with me. My regular OB/GYN was able to get the results from my MFM visit, so we talked about them at my next visit. MFM is easy to get to, right off the parking garage next to Norton Women & Children's Hospital. I hope you have as good of a visit if you need to go to MFM.

My appointments have always been on time or early. In this field, emergencies and calls happen and they have a board in their waiting room with each doctor's name and approximate wait time listed beside each one in case they are behind schedule. I think that's a great touch. No one likes to sit in a waiting room forever for an appointment with no clue. If you have a high risk pregnancy I would definitely recommend this practice.

Hi! My mother had open heart surgery at the Jewish hospital a few weeks ago. The surgeon was…read moreamazing! We are very thankful for the work he did on my mom. However, the front office of the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery department was awful! My mother is 75 and she needed extra help. Even her physical therapist contacted Valerie at the front office saying my mom needed help! Someone give help with cleaning her house, dishes, and laundry. My mom called her insurance and they covered. However, Valerie refused my mom! Valerie and the front office should be ashamed for not helping a 75 year old lady who just had open heart surgery. Not only did she refuse my mother and law and IGNORE the physical therapist that called her, she fought with my sister in law who called the office also trying to get my mom help. Not acceptable! She has no family nearby to help her. She was left all alone with no extra help. So 1 star for the cruddy, not compassionate, or kind office staff!

I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos but my numbers aren't out of range yet. However, because I'm showing symptoms and truly suffering right now he agreed to start meds to see if they'd make me feel better. He also looked through labs that another doctor had drawn. He couldn't believe how high my inflammation markers were. He asked what was being done about them. While he agreed that the medication was the correct one he didn't agree with the dose. He stated that "he does not like stepping on other doctor's toes but that the patient comes first". Since I'm so miserable he wants to hit it hard and is increasing the dose. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I've found doctors who truly listen to me and appreciate that I'm well educated and knowledgeable about my issues. This includes the fact that he didn't push meds for diabetes on me until I was ready. I'd give this practice 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty getting through to them via phone. I will note that unlike others, no one has been rude to me in person.

I don't always see my Dr at this location but I think I like it best. Parking is not great because you have to park a ways away and walk or use the valet. I tend to use the valet as the Cancer Institute validates the parking so I just need to tip. Often they keep my truck up front so getting it is a breeze. I feel I've gotten solid treatment and Dr Rez is thorough. We don't always agree but that's ok. I prefer a doctor that allows for my input on treatments while also standing by his position. Sometimes the wait is long but I realize they could be in surgery or with a more complicated patient so that helps me to chill on longer waits. Plus it gives me time to write Yelp reviews!

Many people get confused with what a stroke is, but in simple laymen terms, it is when there is an interruption in the flow of blood to the brain which can be due to thrombosis (blood clot). I suffered a stroke in 2013 and at the same time was diagnosed with a rare blood clotting disorder which affects only about 1000 Americans. Since 2013, I have suffered 4 - 5 TIA's and have been a patient of Frazier since 2015. I have found out that writing reviews on Yelp has been great for mental flexibility as well as just improving my own confidence and ability to convey the information as accurately as possible. The staff at Frazier is amazing and they offer several options to help patients recover from brain injury. The approach utilized is highly individualized to maximize information processing and positive motivation. They utilize several different approaches to help each individual overcome the personal challenges faced with after suffering a stroke. They also have therapists who offer counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy. These therapies help a patient feel better about themselves. The staff also does great at offering ways to help cope and deal with the daily demands of life and helps the patient slowly get acclimated again to the daily grind of life. I hope no one has to go through what I have gone through in terms of rehab, but if any family member or loved one has suffered a stroke and needs a place to go for rehab, definitely consider Frazier Rehab and make sure your doctor sends an order right away before it's too late.

It's our 9th year as visitors to Pediatric Heart Care Partners. My son was born with a murmur, 2…read moreholes in his heart and we're down to 1 small one now. We visit to ensure his heart isn't being overworked and enlarging. He got another good report this year. Appointments are taken only by call in. Check in is daily simple. I typically have to fill out 15 minutes of paperwork and share my insurance card. A nurse begins with us each time to check blood pressure, weight and height. We then are taken to an exam room to wait for our doctor, Dr Boone. He conducts his own exam and then we visit the ultrasound room to measure dimensions of his heart and remaining hole. This year we had to head back for a second blood pressure check. My son's registered high multiple times during his appointment. We didn't have to make an official appointment, for this we could show up on our own time and request a check. There was quite a difference between our first visit and the second visit for the blood pressure check. For our first visit, I was told that anyone could come with my son and attend the full visit, like normal pre-Covid. When we arrived I noticed several staff members behind the counter we're not wearing mask and not socially distant either. While our nurse and the doctor wore masks, the doctor also put his hand out to shake ours. Again, not weird, just things that we were doing pre-Covid and it threw me for a loop because I have stopped shaking peoples hands. The second visit was much more what I expected at a doctors office now. Lots of signage on the door, a sign stating that a child could only have one person with them for the visit, everyone wearing mask, a nurse that came out to take both of our temperatures. I'm pleased to see that things have changed and it made me much more comfortable.

I should have reviewed it years ago when I was first treated by Dr Dale Senior. I can only guess that I was a patient of his for at least ten years. When he retired the practice stayed the same high caliber office with Dr Alan Brooks taking over the practice. In addition to having an outstanding doctor and nursing staff they also have an APRN that I would not hesitate to make an appointment with. The front office staff also is on top of things and deserves a five star rating. They make registering for your appointment, checking out, and scheduling future appointments a breeze. Thank you to each and everyone of you at this location for courteous and competent experience you continue to have on each contact I have with you.
