I called the after hours number only to be told their nurse left on vacation and I would have to wait the weekend to be seen. After being ignored, I went to my dermatologist who confirmed I had third degree burns and golden crust infection on my face. I felt like the Spa was trying to hide it. They continued to charge me for visits to try and fix my face. I never received a refund. And in fact when I got sick the day of my appointment they threatened me with a cancellation fee. I don't feel like the technician I had was properly trained to perform the procedure and should have known a that blistering is not normal

In terms of Dermatology & knowledge, I would agree Dr. Musick offers what I feel is experience. What I feel is honesty, intergrity or actual care for a patient over a bottom line invoice and collection of fee I feel one star can't be a low enough review. Musick billing made it crystal clear that all invoice disputes - even if acknowledged errors on their part - can only be decided on my Dr. Musick. Not their billing department, not their billing manager. That level of over-reaching untrust, makes me wonder if what I thought was kindly care by Dr. Musick, is as fake as the lips and filled wrinkles that he performs to keep the bills paid. Lesson learned if you care about your actual body, skin care or have an unfortunate and real history of skin cancers, go elsewhere and please use this as the strongest recommendation to do so. If you need plump fillers, Botox or similar to make your day worthwhile. Good news Metro East, this can be your place! If you need honest skin cancer care as a patient, then bad news, this shiny new office needs bills to pay and you are an invoice first and true care falls in somewhere after.
