They manage my condo complex in Newington, CT I feel their…read moreservice is inconsistent. They have fly by night folks making repairs in a very unprofessional manner. In 2019 my back steps area was worked on looked unworkmanlike. I had a leaking gutter repaired. The nails are all popping out. I even know screws should of been used. I was told by Diane it was fine. Two years later it's still leaking and I've waited all past spring and summer. They will give you every excuse in the book for delays and why a request wasn't repaired also give you false pretense as to when it will be repaired. Now I see why over 8 owners have sold in the past two years. Time to get out before the complex goes to shambles. Incredible!

To top it off, after ignoring several emails, the manager, Steve, showed up at my door for an unrelated reason. Stood right next to the trash I had referred to, probably staring at it while waiting for me to answer the door, and did nothing abt it, then or in the future. I could go on, and on, and on, but I finally got the hell out of there and couldn't be happier. My husband and I even made a rule: no complaining abt our property management company at our new place, because they're a one million% better than KP.
