The first day it was pouring rain and they were in and out of the house getting supplies and not one complaint did we hear from them. Adam was the one who sold it to us and he was very polite and answered all of my questions via email and in person. His son was such a polite young man and is a wonderful asset to the now and one day he's going to run that place, and other adult men did great work. His company installed a new AC unit 2 years ago but my 75 year old mother with a heart condition was sitting in an 82° house yesterday. I called Peter's to fix our unit. After assessing the problem it was clear Cory W/Kraus did not weld the piping correctly and the Freon leaked out. I contacted Kraus to simply ask if they would send someone over to remove the safety locks so my guy could do the repairs. Adam instantly became defensive & informed me of the $100+ cost to accomplish this 5 min. task. When I agreed to pay his price he then informed me how his schedule was out so far.. blah blah blah. Seriously guy, I have no problem paying you. Just take the 5 min & come over to unlock it so we can be done with this conversation because the health of my mother is worth it. Well, he just got pissed off and hung up on me! My little brother utilized a small screw driver (fit in the cap of the lock) & a point awl (fits in any of the holes) He held them together and turned the lock bolt.
