Timothy ordered hair extensions for my wedding; I was surprised how affordable they were, as I had never done anything like that before. Of course, he did my hair for my wedding- it looked fabulous! Timothy and all the staff are wonderful, caring and committed to excellence. I brought my little one in today for his first haircut at a real salon. Timothy was VERY patient, funny and engaging, despite the difficult customer in the chair!

It's so important to me to have someone who actually cares about making sure their client is happy with the service they receive. My hair is insanely soft and gorgeous and she's given me exactly what I wanted each visit. Completely worth the cost and an excellent experience overall. I could not recommend this place enough!

I made it very clear that I wanted long layers only. Unfortunately, once I got to my car and looked more closely, I realized my shortest layer was cut inches above the base of my neck, while the longest goes past my shoulder blades. Now, I can hardly put my hair in a bun, and the layers are so choppy that someone even asked if I had extensions underneath. I'm honestly devastated--it took so long to grow my hair out, and now it'll take just as long to get back to where I started. I hate how it looks and feels, and I wish my instructions had been better understood.

We were…read moresent a gift voucher from a family member who does not live locally so my daughter could get her nails done. The bottom of the voucher had the website address to this business where I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I used the address on the website to find the location and brought my daughter for her first ever full set on her birthday. When I came in, I told them specifically I have a gift voucher to use like the bottom of the voucher stated. They said "okay" and set my daughter up to get started. They did a good job making her wishes come true on the set. However, when I went to pay they told me they don't honor these vouchers as they don't sell them on their site. I had proof of the voucher and the email sent from them when it was purchased and they still told me it would not be honored. They told me I'd have to reach out to my family member and get a proof of purchase from them (from back in December, by the way) in order for them to honor it. My family member lives in a different time zone and this was not possible at this time. The manager would not budge on the issue and told us they'd just take my daughter's nails off and we could leave. My daughter is 9 years old and was in full-on tears at this point. As a mom, obviously I just paid in full and walked out. Other patrons in there could not believe it as well. Just beware that their customer service and honoring a gift that came from THEIR WEBSITE is not something they will do and that's just shady behavior. Thanks for taking something that was supposed to be special for my daughter on her birthday and turning it into something negative and sad. 10/10 do not recommend.

Bad points: So I had an appointment made (which literally lasted less than 5 minutes and $25) with a stylist name Robin. Although she was very sweet I felt as if it was a rushed consultation.
