I have nothing but good things to say: he's an excellent communicator (didn't hesitate to call, text or send photos if he had any questions or issues came up) and they did a great job! When I finally saw their work in person, I was very impressed. I've used a lot of painters over the years in other cities, and Joe knows what he's doing and is a real professional. It was a quality job, and they were neat and clean about it as well. They also showed up when he said they would and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and he was true to his estimate with no surprise additional charges. I also appreciated that because I wasn't living in the house yet, Joe took the time to let me know about a couple of house-related issues he noticed when he was there, even though they weren't necessarily "paint-related". I will definitely use Joe's again and I will absolutely recommend him to others.

Not only did he come quickly, he was on time and extremely polite. He has a young family, moved here from Colorado and started his business here a few years ago. Within a day, I had a very reasonable estimate and we set a date to do the work. He estimated 2-3 days and indeed he delivered on time. Had our house, pool deck and front porch painted less than a year ago and old paint showing through…read moreon pool deck and front porch, with light pressure washing (seriously, NOT a professional pressure washer). Also have a spot by handrail of pool that never got the finish coat . Had multiple problems with this company. The columns in front of house had to be repainted because the paint was peeling within a week. The owner threw it back on us and said the surface was chalky that's why it didn't stick! And, why didn't he treat it first?...No answer to that. He did return and paint them again. The office staff was rude and their painters were frustrated because the owner didn't order enough paint for the job. Now, we're afraid to pressure wash our house. I do not recommend this company.
