They don't put you on hold & make you wait a long period of time. You tell them when you want to come in and they try to work with you. Now because of Covid- you come in & every other seat in the lobby has an X and you can't sit in it. They will kindly call you the day before your appointment to remind you. You are greeted by the receptionist in the front. You can either pay before or after your appointment. You don't wait long at all, and you are in and out. Doctor Oliva's bed side banner is phenomenal!!! He comes in and talks to you, sees how you are doing and then talks about why you came into the office. He explains step by step what he is doing and why. He makes you feel comfortable to ask any questions needed. He is AMAZING! I will keep coming back to him and recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Auster is empathetic yet proficient and gets right to the point determining the problem. He then provides a learned explanation and offers solutions, which he also makes immediately available when appropriate. He gets you in and out of the office in no time, you are never left just sitting around waiting for something to be done. The office space is clean and adequate. They even fit me in for the same day appointment on my first visit. Parking is easily available in a connecting garage and free for the first 3 hours.
