I want to start by saying that this office seems more like a med spa than a dermatology practice…read more My 11:00 AM appointment turned into over an hour of waiting (40 minutes in the lobby + 40 minutes in the room) with no communication. The only positive was the front desk staff, they were kind, apologetic, and clearly aware this is an ongoing issue. The doctor rushed in without introducing himself, had poor bedside manner, and made the entire visit feel rushed and dismissive. He stood behind my head the entire time, so I could only hear him speaking, I couldn't see his face, and he wasn't engaging with me directly. I came in with multiple concerns, but most were brushed off or pushed to "next time." The biggest issue was the skin tag removal. They charge $150 for 10, and I had about 13 total (4 large, a couple medium, and the rest very small ones). I clearly stated I wanted the larger ones prioritized, yet smaller ones were removed while the larger and medium ones were left behind. When I pointed out a large one at the end, I was told I could come back and pay another $150 to remove the remaining ones. That wouldn't have been an issue if the smallest ones were left, but instead, my main concern was ignored. When I questioned why the larger ones weren't removed, he blamed me for not pointing them out, which is unrealistic while I'm lying back with my head turned and unable to see the back of my neck. I had already clearly communicated my priorities. I would expect more guidance, common sense and basic awareness from a physician. He then said he would remove it "as a courtesy," but that's not a courtesy if I'm already paying for the service I specifically requested. The response felt defensive rather than accountable. I've had skin tags removed before, and it was quick with minimal discomfort. This experience was the opposite.... it was painful, I could literally hear the scissors cutting each one off, and there was significant bleeding requiring bandaging. He also removed a mole from my scalp, which was extremely painful and left a noticeable open wound. Aftercare instructions were minimal and only provided when I asked. I was told it would be sent to a lab, but it has now been a month with no follow-up on any results. I've left multiple messages and have not received a response. Overall, this felt rushed, unprofessional, and more focused on making money than patient care. I would not trust this practice and would not recommend it!!

Let me pause here to state that on many visits I was told by the staff that they were not certain how to do the payment method I was using for their system but we ALWAYS ALWAYS stopped at the desk to make payment. Fast forward to my most recent appointment where I was told would be free. We ended up getting a shot which I was under the impression was a sample but nevertheless knew would be no charge because Christy (the owner) said 'when you get your order in the mail you can give it back to me.' Also because the staff told me there would be no charge. By my interpretation that means no charge right? Because when we get our order, we are returning it. Ok? Maybe I missed something. When I told the owner, Christy, that I was told it would be free she sarcastically says to me 'where did you think the payment would come from? It has to come from somewhere.' I cannot spend my money with people who are sarcastic or rude to me. The Second issue is she repeated a few times that I had a balance from an old bill when I used to come there, which I did not know about and was not informed about. Her exact words were "well some people just run up out of here". That was the nail in the coffin. I have never and will never go into a business, use their service and "run up out of there". I am a business owner, I pay my bills and we went there for quite a while at the time. If my intentions were to steal services I wouldn't have been a return customer nor returned at this point. I've gone to the desk every single time on the way in AND on the way out. And as I mentioned earlier, many times those girls were young and had trouble manipulating the payment and didn't know what they were doing. That had nothing to do with us; we thought that we had paid and came back to our appointment the following week. We were never informed of anything afterwards. I'm fine with paying the past bill but will not be returning. Something I learned in Marketing 101 years ago was that 80% of your business comes from repeat business. I say that to say if I were a business owner, I probably would've not spoken to a customer like that and preferred to have them as a returning customer going forward. I went to see Dr. Molina after getting a piece of wood lodged in my hand, and I received the best care possible from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Molina was wonderful--gentle, clear, thorough, and highly professional. His genuine demeanor immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I was in the right place and in excellent hands. In today's world, it is rare to find a physician and surgeon with such outstanding bedside manner. Dr. Molina truly cares about his patients, and that level of compassion is both refreshing and admirable. The office staff was equally impressive--friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every time I visited, I was greeted with warm smiles and treated with kindness and respect.
