Not only is the staff rude, judgemental, and disrespectful, but the doctor also disregards any concern you have about her diagnosis. I know multiple people who have left this office to never come back. I trusted Debbie's judgement and stayed, but after health complications in my family I feel as though she has caused them. They don't look at every angle to give you a proper diagnosis for proper treatment. I would never recommend this place and if you go here I suggest you get second and third opinions because this office is extremely inefficient. The doctor has discussed MY PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION with my family members without my permission, assuming I won't be upset because they are family. Never again will I go back here.

I was blown away that he remembered me after 20yrs, he really takes the time with he's patients. He takes his time to listen to you, he will check you out, he would never just hear you and quickly send you to another doctor. I'm so happy to have him as my family doctor, I refer him to everybody to go see him. If you are seeking a family doctor I most definitely recommend Dr Colton, he's the "BEST"

I recently had to switch my PCP and I was extremely nervous due to my own personal bad experiences with doctors in the past and an immense fear of being at the doctor's office. Dr. Wayne and his staff quickly put my fears aside. I had read reviews that people were forced to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. That's pretty good! On average, any doctor I've seen before, I was in the waiting room for at least a half hour, and in the exam room for an hour or two. Their staff quickly got me in to an exam room, and I only waited a half hour to see Dr. Wayne. Overall, I'm very happy with the services that were provided and will highly recommend Dr. Wayne and his staff to anybody.

Dr. Wayne gets what is probably my first bad review. He cannot keep a timely appointment. He was 35…read moreminutes late taking me back on my first visit to him. At which time after processing, blood draw, and blood pressure I was made to wait 20 minutes after that was done. The second time I went to see him he was only 30 minutes late to see me because I got up to walk out at the 20 minutes late mark and they asked me to stop. He sent me to a free class that was being offered, other patients of his were in attendance and reported the same thing, "he's a good doctor, if you don't care about time" was my favorite quote by one of the attendees. Now without disclosing too much about why I went to see him, he basically told me I'd always have the issue I was dealing with and to 'get used to being on at least three to four meds'. Suffice to say this is counter to my principals and has later been proven to be medically inaccurate. So on my three criteria doctor standard he gets fail at appointment times, fail at listening, and I'll give him a check minus on the working to craft a health plan. The reason he gets an upgraded mark is he did encourage me to go to a class and educate myself on some issues. So if you have a few hours to kill and would enjoy seeing a doctor sometime in that window Dr. Wayne may be your next new doctor.

I am in the middle of some serious medical issues and have no doctor assigned to me. I was told there is no one taking on her patients. I wanted someone to go over my MRI results with me and was given an appt with the NP Stephanie Workman who I requested to not be seen by. During said visit she states "well, I don't typically read MRI's but I'll read what's stated on the report". I did that myself and searched on Google prior to the visit. I stated I would like a doctor note for my back issues as I have been coming for this since September of 2023 with no type of resolution to be met with "You can ask the sun of your employer it doesn't mean they will work with you". I had already cleared this with my employer and should not be ridiculed by your NP who thinks she knows my situation at work. She just did not want to take the time to write the work restriction note and it was clear she didn't want to help me. Her attitude is poor and she seems to not know answers. I have a current referral to U of M for my back to which she asked why I was not going to see the back doctor through HF. This is exactly why. Almost a year of coming for the same issue with no answers and now no actual doctor assigned to me. I wasted my time to have zero questions answered by a nurse practitioner who could not answer them. I am fully transferring care to Beaumont as this whole situation with the doctor leaving was handled poorly and could have been taken care of in a more appropriate manner.
