I found the Collins Legal's tax team after an extensive search online. After meeting with a few…read moredifferent companies I decided to go with them because they were patient and really seemed to understand the depth of my tax issues and offered a comprehensive approach. They explained that it would take time to get my tax issues resolved but that they would be with me every step of the way and that they would be the direct contact for the IRS. I am a small business owner and needed help all across the board! First, they advised me on my corporate setup and with there assistance I decided to become an S-corporation to take advantages of some of the new tax laws. They also helped me get on track with my estimated tax payments and took care of all my bookkeeping needs. Sad to say, my business also got picked up for audit of all my Schedule C expenses and they represented me in my audit. It was a long process but it was awesome to have the guidance and not deal with aggressive IRS agents! Definitely a one stop shop for all my tax needs.
