We just finished our 4th project today, an outdoor patio covering. We've done a concrete firepit, pool decking and sunroom. These projects were not inexpensive, but I felt that the value is there for the craftsmanship, warranty and overall experience. I appreciate that they answer their phones when you call and they get back to you quickly. The craftsmanship is excellent. Jose and his team really did impressive work. I appreciate the fact that Chip who oversaw several aspects of our projects helped to advise us whenever we had questions. In all 4 projects, I never had a concern about who was coming to work at our home. The crews left the work sites clean and orderly and always took great care to make sure our yard was cleaned off. (I can tell you there aren't many companies who actually do that!) The project wasn't always perfect, but no construction ever is. Here is where Express Sunrooms set themselves apart. When my husband and I weren't happy with part of the project, Express made it right. They truly stand behind their work and resolved our concern. I would recommend Express Sunrooms to anyone in the Lowcountry.

I purchased motorized shades for my back porch almost one year ago. Let's start with the sales man…read more He told me the shade would be able to go all the way to the ground. However, surprise, surprise after fill installation we were told that's not even an option for unspecified reason. And of course my contract did not specify the length so we were stuck. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. If I could get a full refund and replacement value I would be happy. I do not recommend anyone me use this company

This efficient army of people descended on my home, all with a specific mission, removing and replacing eight windows in one day. Responsiveness AFTER the sale... zero stars. Our order was missing two screens and one other screen was damaged. Six months of REPEATED calls and eMails were brushed aside. Just received a response and supposedly, the screens will ship in four weeks. This leads me to believe the screens were never ordered in the first place.

Thank you New Beginnings for the outstanding professionalism and integrity demonstrated by your…read moreteam during the restoration of my home following a fire. I also wish to commend Stefan Bellotto, Project Manager, for his exemplary leadership throughout this process. Prior to engaging New Beginnings Construction, I unfortunately worked with another company that claimed it could assist with the restoration of my home. It soon became evident that this company lacked both competence and integrity. I spent countless hours reviewing inaccurate claims that were submitted directly to my insurance company without my knowledge, and attempting to locate personal belongings that had been removed and taken to undisclosed locations. The experience was distressing and deeply unsettling, leaving me concerned about how my family, my business, and I would recover from the situation. My initial conversation with Cory Plies at NBC marked a clear and meaningful turning point. From the outset, the professionalism, transparency, and ethical standards demonstrated by your team stood in sharp contrast to my prior experience. Stefan Bellotto led the project with exceptional diligence, clear communication, and unwavering integrity. His consistent updates through the Buildertrend app provided transparency and accountability, allowing me to remain fully informed and confident in the progress of the project. Stefan's attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing what was right made a significant difference during an otherwise challenging period. His conduct reflects positively on New Beginnings Construction and speaks to the values and leadership of your organization. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Stefan and the entire team involved in my project: Todd Meagher, William Clifford, Jonathon Harrell, and Gavin Plies. Their professionalism, quality of work, and ethical approach restored not only my home, but my trust in the restoration process. Thank you for fostering a company culture that prioritizes integrity, communication, and excellence. It has been a privilege working with New Beginnings Construction, and I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to others. Thanks to your team I now know that what looked like the end was actually a New Beginning. Wishing your team a Happy New Year..or should I say a Happy New Beginning! Mahalo
