Shockingly Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Total Waste of Time…read more I wish I could give zero stars. My appointment here was an absolute joke from start to finish. Most of my visit was spent filling out information on a tablet and waiting. When I finally got into a room, nearly the entire interaction was with an assistant who didn't address the issue I came in for. Dr. Chismar eventually came in, glanced at my skin from about six feet away for maybe a minute, said there was "no way to know" what my condition was or what caused it, and then abruptly left for a supposed phone call. She never returned. Instead, the assistant came back with several prescriptions -- none of which were explained to me. Trying to get any clarification was pointless. I was shuffled to the front desk and told to pay $349 with insurance, even though I had been quoted $130-$215 for self‑pay. When I said I preferred to self‑pay, I was told it was "illegal" not to use my insurance -- which is absolutely false. After I called them out, they backtracked on the "illegal" claim but still refused to let me self‑pay, saying it was "policy." Their policy is deceptive, unethical, and predatory. I left with no diagnosis, no answers, no plan, and a much lighter wallet. My entire day off was wasted. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Both times my appointment started on time. I waited for the doctor for a bit, maybe 10-15 minutes, but not terrible. The waiting room is welcoming. Plenty of space, and the reception folks are welcoming. Sign-in and forms and so forth are done, for the most part, on iPads/tablets. The doctors/staff were very helpful and thorough. I had Dr. Riley examine me; she was very thorough (even checked between my toes) and explained every mark to me. There is another staff present for the entire examination to keep everything above board. Discharge notes were very thorough with lots of explanation of both any findings and options. Checkout was easy and clear. Pleasant experience start to finish. Recommended.

Pictures will be linked below.. but anyway came in with a bump that occurred on my neck/collarbone area. Saw a male np don't remember his name who said it was a subcutaneous cyst and he needed to do a surgical procedure to get the head out to make sure it's nothing going on.... Well me of course I have several moles that constantly pops up and has to be checked yearly so when this all of a sudden popped up I was like okay. Well by the next visits I had came back to have the procedure the cyst had already popped on its on like 2 days before the appointment and basically the head came out in which I showed him but he insisted that he still needed to do the procedure to go deeper and get something out because if not it would just come back. I was a little skeptical in which I should have followed my first mind but yet I still allowed him to proceed with procedure. Well a year or so later I'm in way worst condition than I started... the cyst never pained me the few months I had it only an eyesore due to the area it was in but after the procedure now I'm in constant pain in this area my skin has keloided because of how tight the sutures were in that area which the stinging pains and itchiness wakes me up out of my sleep matter fact hence the reason I'm typing this review at 3am in the morning. I also feel like he cut me entirely too far across my neck because the cyst was not huge at all...I've tried to put scar creams on it all different types and nothing seems to help. Also when I touch it it feels like something is still there under the skin... can barely wear any jewelry now because the area is super sensitive and necklaces seem to irritate it more... have to literally wear more turtlenecks than ever before if I want to wear a nice piece of jewelry so that it don't bother me...I've been cut before and received sutures/stitches and nothing has ever made me keloid except this place.... I'm 6 months pregnant and I can't wait until after I have my baby so I can find another specialist to go to so something can be done... then to add insult to injury when I came in whoever I dealt with before the NP came in was so rude and nonchalant to the point the manager had to come in after the fact and apologize to me for her behavior and also stated how I was not the first complaint about that particular individual so yes worst service ever.
