She has such a calm, kind approach and always makes me feel completely comfortable during my visits. Going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but she takes the time to check in, explain everything, and make sure I'm at ease. She's one of the few dentists who doesn't try to create extra work just to bill for more procedures. She always explains what's really necessary, what can wait, and what's purely optional, and she never pressures me. When I first walked into advanced dentistry's office in 2019, I was someone who was so fearful of the dentist you would see me shaking and tears coming down my face. I have trouble getting numb but Dr. Khouri has found the trick to make me numb faster than any other dentist I have been too. Came in with concerns about a cavity which turned out to be just plaque from not having gone to the dentist since before covid. (Gross, I know) I just hadn't realized it's been that long to be honest. Nonetheless, I don't remember my last dentist being so thorough in their intake process. And I'm more impressed that they actually read through my intake in detail before my visit sometimes these intake forms feel like they're going to a void. But it's definitely not the case here. They really take the time to note all your concerns and goals. Be it aesthetic, enamel health, teeth grinding, or preservation - I think we covered all the basis during my visit. I also learned quite a bit about which products and ingredients to look for in my dental care to help reach my goals and prevent future health concerns. A couple of weeks ago I chipped a tooth and it was causing me some pain. I normally see Dr. Khouri for regular care. I called and was given a next day appointment. I was worried as I have heard others complain it's taking them months to get into their own providers ( not at this location) and when I was seen I mentioned I had accepted another job and if it was possible to squeeze me in for the rest of the work that needed to be done. They were super accommodating! Dr. Khouri is great. She will explain clearly each step of the procedure and is gentle. I normally fear the dentist, but Dr. Khouri and staff is great! read more

Nine years and still loving my move to Advanced Dentistry. With Covid times I've been nervous about going anywhere but the team has masks in place and great distancing and safety so I felt very comfortable. I ended up having a new cavity (thank you old age once again) that needed filling so I scheduled to have that done the following week and was in and out in under an hour. Scheduling and communications and reminders were all awesome and made this easy to get done and put behind me until my next cleaning. Even after more than a year of using the appliance (mouth guard), the TMJ issue hasn't resolved. It was supposed to be fine in 3-6 months as per the doctor. The appliance was remodeled multiple times before I could use in the beginning. But still no luck with complete recovery. read more
