Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable, or judged as to how the decay occurred. The empathy shown by Dr Michael Filosi was to an excellent standard, and made an unpleasant event the best it could be. I was consistently reassured throughout the process, and knew I was able to pause the procedure if needed. Dr Filosi was attentive to my body language and listened when I said there was pain. The professionalism and kindness of the entire practice and especially Dr Filosi has set this practice apart from the rest, and has made a difference in how I view going to the dentist. The girls are very professional and really know their stuff. The rooms where you get the laser done are always spotlessly clean. Getting laser hair removal done was something I'd always thought about, and I was a bit nervous at first, but they were able to answer all my questions and explain how it all works. I'm so glad that I've done it now, the thing I love the most is that I don't have to consider if I've shaved my legs when choosing an outfit for the day! Don't know why I put it off for so long. Booking in for an appointment is usually pretty easy, but I've found that you need to book in advance if you want the evening appointments. Getting a park here on King William Rd is usually pretty easy as it's located in a quieter section of the road.

I started with getting Laser for my under arms and bikini two years ago and then returned December last year to start Botox because the staff are always so friendly and did such a good job with my laser that it was the only place i would consider getting Botox. I met the nurse and the Dr and was so happy, they made me feel really comfortable and were so professional. Ive now had my crows feet and mouth done. I'm so happy with the result. Its such a natural look that people just say to me how fresh i look, and no one has guessed I've had work done!!! Amazing. I also travel around Adelaide for work so the fact that they have multiple clinics works for me to, and I can meet the same nurse at any clinic!!
