I hired this company based on a good rating from their FB page. It was a last-minute impulsive…read moredecision I made after coming home from being away with my traveling healthcare career for an entire year. My house was covered in spider webs and dust and I just needed to sleep after driving 16 hours. I was completely taken advantage of when I declined to be present for a walkthrough inspection after she was finished because I was in a hotel asleep. The company offers a "deep clean" package for $250 that includes moving light furniture to clean underneath, cleaning cobwebs, all bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. They claim essentially your entire house will be dusted, fridge cleaned, trash cans emptied...etc. I came home the next day and first thing I see is my large floor vase still attached to the wall by spider webs and upon further inspection I see that 2 out of 3 bedrooms were not even gone into! Not just a bad cleaning job, a complete omission of half my house! This was evident by dead bugs littered about the floor and a thick layer of dust on all surfaces. She didn't move or clean the spider webs from under any of my VERY light living room furniture that slides on my hardwood floors, she only cleaned the main shelves in my fridge leaving the door shelves and drawers completely as they were, the hand soap in the master bathroom had gotten hot since the air was off and leaked all over the plate it was sitting on and it was left untouched, not a single trash can was emptied. The list goes on and on... When I contacted Mary Draper voicing my concerns and asking for half of my money back she told me she was unable to grant my request because the money from cash app was in process of being transferred to her account. She offered to come back and fix the issue I had with the job she had done instead. I clearly didn't want that. Given the circumstances, I know she's a dishonest woman who took advantage of someone in need of sleep, why would I want her back in my house? So I told her I didn't mind waiting for the money to hit her acct. I messaged her again 3 days later and asked for half my money back. She gave me 1/4 of my money and sent me the attached invoice, which is a joke. First of all, there's no way she cleaned my house for 3 hours. Second, I did have complaints about the quality of work completed (see the attached photos of under my living room furniture and dirty fridge). And third, and definitely most important, SHE DIDN'T EVEN ENTER 2 WHOLE ROOMS OF MY HOUSE! How is that even saying that the client is dissatisfied? The client was scammed! This company is fraudulent, don't let this happen to you.
